“Space was clean and professional with amenities as advertised. Great place to come back to after long day to rest. Kitchen provided all the basic needs for a family or a group of associates on a business trip. Layout was conducive for conversational gatherings.”

“This house is very open, spacious and comfortable. The updated kitchen and bathrooms added to the comfort and visual appeal of the house. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had and was able to grant our request to extend our stay for 2 days which we greatly appreciated.”

“We really enjoyed our vacations. Everything is very close. The shops were very good. Everything was very good. House super clean the beds we rest very well for keeping this level high in your properties”

“Shawn and his team was amazing! From booking to check out. They were very responsive. The house was amazing. Location was 100% awesome! We will for sure book this place again.”

“Shawn’s place is very cute. Nice location and easy to reach. The communication with Shawn and his team was seamless and they were very friendly. We were also impressed by how they handled the situation with broken toaster: they replaced it within an hour.”

“Shawn is an outstanding host, very responsive is an understatement. What few questions I had, he was on it. The very best host I've experienced in quite some time and I am someone who books Airbnbs often. I will be looking at any properties hosted by Shawn first for any of my future LA based accommodations. He just gets it.”

“Shawn’s place was great ! The home matched the pictures and description. Very easy to find and get in, about 30 minutes from LAX . There are many restaurants and stores near by . Shawn was very helpful with recommendations, and was super kind to send me a surprise delivery of donuts for my birthday ! Very responsive to any questions or concerns we had . If you’re thinking about staying here you won’t regret it . Thank you Shawn & team for making our stay a great one :)”

“Great host! Shawn is responsive and communicative. A few minutes walk to shops and great restaurants. Excellent place to stay! Looks exactly like the pictures. The home was clean.”

“Liked the privacy of the hedges and gate. The house inside was just as described. Amble space for 3 coaches and 5 dancers to rest before and after competition. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels for bathing which I have found is a rarity at Airbnbs nowadays, not sure why. And most importantly plenty of hot water for showers ! Home was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and hopefully get to use the backyard next time.”

“Shawn was very responsive and was very accommodating when we needed to make changes. We would definitely stay there again. The home feels very spacious, light, and uncluttered. We sat in the backyard in the evening and it was beautiful. It’s very private and peaceful.”

“Shawn and his team are truly great hosts! They were always responsive, provided clear communication , addressed any concerns and provided local recommendations as well! The house was great and we had no issues with anything. We were a group of friends driving in from AZ staying for 3 nights.”

“Shawn was an amazing host! Thank you for EVERYTHING. We really enjoyed ourselves in your home. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Don’t get to enjoy the pool it was too cold. Shawn’s place is definitely recommendable.”

“We had a great stay at Shawn's beautiful home., made even more special by Shawn's attentiveness as a host. This really was a steal for the price, and I can't wait for my next booking there. The place itself is breathtaking, and welcoming.”

“The place was more than what I expected! Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. There was more than enough room. The backyard was my favorite—the cabana in the back was the best!”

“We had 2 last minute stays and Shawn and his team made our stay easy. They were very responsive and the house was perfect. We not only rented once but twice in a month.”

“Shawn’s place was perfect for my weekend stay in L.A. I booked while I was on the plane and he made the process very easy. The home is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to Ventura blvd. Also, 20-25 minute drive to LAX (depending on traffic of course!) which was perfect for me! I’d definitely recommend you to stay at Shawn’s! Thank you for a great last minute stay!”

“Definitivamente la casa fue maravillosa, mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa, la verdad volvería ah escoger este alojamiento sin pensarlo , una zona muy tranquila y muy céntrica , el anfitrión…”

“This was the perfect place for me and my family. The layout of the main house and the added bonus of the in-law suite out back made it the perfect fit. The worst part about the stay was the weather while we were there, so we couldn’t really use the pool (even though I dared my nephew to jump into the cold water, and he did lol)…, Great core memories were created in this place with my family and am grateful for Shawn making this a great experience!”

“Extremely clean, brand new everything, comfy beds and beautiful furnishings. Would highly recommend. Had everything we needed to cook, laundry etc. Shawn was super responsive.”

“Loved this place! Very clean, nice and convenient. I even decided to stay an extra day. Shawn was a great host.”

“Great place to stay. Went with family to Universal and Magic Mountain. This place was located perfectly between both parks. We had a group of 10 people, everyone had a great and comfortable stay. Host was friendly and attentive. I would definite stay here again.”

“The house was clean, beautiful, and perfectly suited to our needs. Shawn and his team were very responsive to our every question and request, even on New Year's Eve. The neighborhood is very peaceful and offers quick access to highways that allowed us to explore L.A.”

“We are a Family of 6 the place worked well for us. Everything was clean and everything was like the pictures. The hosts were very responsive with all questions we had. We will be staying again when back in California.”

“It is a beautiful house a bit away from the bustle of LA. But thanks to 101, everything is accessible without fighting a lot of traffic. The house was modern, warm, and cozy, and turned out to be a pleasant stay for us and our toddler. Might stay again if we ever are in LA.”

“The team was very responsive and quickly answered my questions. The house was open and full of light. I liked the different seating areas so one can work in one area and watch TV in another. Detached garage was nice to have.”

“The location was awesome , the house very confortable and extremely clean! We loved it and would highly recommend this place to any family!”

“We had a great stay at Shawn's. I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Los Angeles, especially if you have children. My children loved the pool and the fact that they found a bowl of complimentary chips when we first walked in. I'll stay here again on my next visit to LA.”

“This was the best decision, to be in one place with my daughters and their families. We had a nice time and was able to stay in the comfort of this home. We did not have to go out and just enjoyed being together and being able to cook my daughters' favorite dishes. Thank you. We started a new family Christmas tradition...definitely doing this again next year.”
