“Good neighborhood. The house was dated and had dry rot issues in the floor and roof. Fresh paint and floors. No private bathroom for the MBR. It was very clean on the interior. The staff taking care of the property was extremely responsive.”

“Shawn and his team are great hosts, they are always very responsive and helped us out with any questions within a few minutes. The property is very nice and you feel right at home. The swimming pool is fun, there is Netflix and other accounts to watch movies and shows at night. The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped for cooking. The location is also great, it’s quiet but close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. Overall, a wonderful stay!”

“My family absolutely loved everything about this beautiful home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were fully stocked with daily hygiene essentials. The kitchen contained all supplies needed for a home cooked meal. The living room & family room were kids friendly. And the backyard was our absolute favorite area! Our kids would have been content staying in playground and pool. We’d definitely recommend this home.”

“Wonderful stay at Shawn's place for our weekend trip to LA. It's conveniently located close to Beverly hills, Hollywood, Universal and all the city attractions. The place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything stacked and the host even left us with some goodies. Shawn's team were quite responsive, even at midnight during our check-in. The backyard seating area and the pool alone are your money's worth! We'll definitely stay at this place again when we come back :)”

Listing isn’t clear about the number of beds but 12 can sleep on beds, fold-out couch beds, or the couch and there was a queen size air mattress in addition. Was great to accommodate my family! The pool is perfect. Lovely palm trees and sitting area outside. Big kitchen with lots of storage. A real find!”

“This is an incredibly nice newly renovated home. The house was impeccable inside, and there is a beautiful pool out back with a cabana shaded seating area if the suns too hot. The beds were all super comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms were pristine with brand new everything. I have already planned to stay there again when I return to the Los Angeles area next month.. Five Stars!!”

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet; which was great for our stay, but i would not recommend if your plan is to be a little rowdy. The house was clean, with a well-appointed kitchen, ample linens and towels, and suitable furniture. The backyard and pool was well attended and clean. All in all, we had a great stay.”
