“Shawn was fantastic - so responsive, super accommodating and very flexible. Location is awesome, right off Ventura and in a good neighbourhood. House was great, very bright and open. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great and I can't say enough about how wonderful Shawn was.”

“Great location for guests with multiple attendees. You have to be mindful of noise which was not an issue for us but maybe for others. 25 minute drive to LAX and neighboring places. Side patio has great potential but it is not connected directly to the house which made us not really to use it. Overall it was great for the purpose of our trip and Shawn was very communicative and even let us check in early.”

“This is a great property. The beds were just right, the kitchen was very well stocked and the living room furniture was very comfortable. Since we were visiting in November, we didn’t use the backyard but it is lovely. Very accurate listing. Shawn was very responsive and clearly cared about the guest experience. The house is in a central location with two freeways and many attractions close by. Highly recommend.”

It is in a quiet residential area but short distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Our favorite part was having breakfast in the backyard. It was quiet and calm. The back yard is huge. The swimming pool is a plus, i just wish the pool could have a heating system, but is ok we stayed in November which is not summer.
