“We had 2 families with 6 total kids and had a great stay. Shawn & his team were really responsive prior to and during our stay. The beds were super comfortable, nice TVs, and yard space to hang out and the pool was great for the kids. Fairly priced and real convenient off the highway.”

“Great home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities, especially in the kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, cutting board, knives, etc.). The place was perfect for our family of 4, with TVs in every room and some games for us to play. Shawn was super responsive and helpful with questions we had on the first day. Great host!”

“The house was nice and clean, excellent location as we did not have to deal with LA traffic much and was also close to some great spots. Thank you Shawn for hosting us”

“Perfect setup for my entire family of 4 adults and 2 teens. House felt brand new with quality and tasteful furnishings, linen, appliances and excellent central AC/heating. Location was convenient and near the freeway but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool was heated for a reasonable extra charge and was great to relax in even in the winter. Shawn is obviously an experienced and great host who clearly knows how to please his guests. Will be back!”

“Shawn was a very responsive host and his house is immaculate. the beds are the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental house. Be aware that the key pads to open the front gate and the front door are very hard to see at night and you will need to use a flashlight to use them. Additionally, if you have mobility challenged people in your group, there are no railings on the stairs in the house to get to the dining room or the primary bathroom, or on the three steps to enter the house.”

“The place was nice clean and very comfortable. The host responded to every request in two minutes. Enjoyed our stay there. Would highly recommend!”

“Shawn was very friendly and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome with our stay. Would love to return next time we are in the area!”

“The house was very very clean!!! Nice & simple decor, if you’re thinking about this place you should definitely book! Dog friendly & the backyard was spotless. Thank you for having us. Def will be booking again!”

“Let me start off with saying it was an absolute honor being Shawn’s first guest. The home was amazing my kids were so comfortable. Shawn was very attentive and always responding within 5 min. Open concept clean home. My only complaint is we didn’t get to try the pool cause it’s winter season but we definitely plan on going back to use the backyard more 😁”

“Great place great host we will be coming back to visit thank you for having us!!”
