“For last minute place to stay for one night because believe me we looked for a week! All of us were really happy with the house. What issues we had did not affect our stay. Shawn was made aware of said issues for the next visitors and he was very receptive. Shawn checked in with us and was very helpful!”

“This was a superb home. Everybody just loved it. It is a comfortable, pristine home and lives up completely to its description. Shawn is completely involved in ensuring everybody is comfortable. IMPRESSIVE, IMPRESSIVE. This is the best of experiences and I will look for this property again. AWESOME as you say! Thank you so much....a 5 STAR all the way..”

“The customer service was wonderful. Beautiful home . Nice and peaceful. Can't wait to come back. Thanks”

“Shawn is a great host He is available on text 24/7. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. He responded to all queries very quickly. I would love to stay there again if we visit LA.”

“Great house with a great location. Very clean and beautiful place - Shawn was a very responsive and helpful host.”

“The place was amazing, it’s worth it if u have a big family coming, there is space for everyone. We didn’t got to enjoy the pool as much as we want but I can assure you it was hot enough to get in on the begging of December even raining. I love the place and Shawn was really good with all the questions I had.”

“Shawn has been the best host so far from the moment we booked his place. He gave lots of recommendations for local restaurants and things to do for thanksgiving and checked in on us daily if we needed anything. He was flexible with our extended check out time. Place was comfortable, clean and home away from Home Feeling which is what we like our crew to Experience when on the road for so long working to build gyms for special needs children. Thank you Shawn for being an awesome Host”

“The house was nice and clean, pretty big rooms, just like it shows on the pictures, we really enjoy our stay there! The host was amazing. Thank you Shawn!”

“This house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Awesome kitchen, pool and hot tub were great. Dining room was spacious. Pool table in living room was awesome. Location was great, too. Good proximity to interstates. I would definitely recommend this property and Shawn as a host”

“We had a great time here! The house was a perfect place for our three- generation gathering--three teens, four parents and one grandparent. We loved the big dining table and the outdoor area in particular.”

“Very clean residence and it was exactly as describes. Shawn was very proactive with instructions and all communication was timely. WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN.”

“Convenient location with easy freeway access. Lots of games to keep young one’s entertained.”

“Shawn is an amazing host! Very helpful, friendly, and responsive. His place was beautiful and a joy to be there. Looking forward to the next visit there.”

“Shawn and his team were super responsive before, during and after our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his home, especially the heated pool. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and new. I would not hesitate to stay at one of Shawn’s places again!”

“This house was PERFECT for our family.. Shawn is a Great host! The house was clean and the property was well kept. Tons of space, the bedrooms each had a TV & the kids enjoyed the Air Hockey Table. The pool looked clean and well kept, although we did not use it. We loved the convenience of having codes to enter the home. We felt comfortable sleeping in this home, nice neighborhood. Short distance Universal Studios, approximately 20min. We would definitely rent this home again .”

“Shawn was fantastic - so responsive, super accommodating and very flexible. Location is awesome, right off Ventura and in a good neighbourhood. House was great, very bright and open. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great and I can't say enough about how wonderful Shawn was.”

“Shawn is a super great host. Shawn respond very quickly when i needed something. Very nice place and convient. Definitely will stay at his place again the next time I’m in the L.A area.”

“Very short but sweet stay at Shawn's place. Great spot & easy check in. Would love to stay again. Thank you for hosting us.”

“The stay was very nice and a great home base for the concert. The rooms were clean and the property was well kept overall. Shawn was a great host and was available for anything we may have needed !! 10/10 would recommend, and be returning in the future!”

“Great location for guests with multiple attendees. You have to be mindful of noise which was not an issue for us but maybe for others. 25 minute drive to LAX and neighboring places. Side patio has great potential but it is not connected directly to the house which made us not really to use it. Overall it was great for the purpose of our trip and Shawn was very communicative and even let us check in early.”

“This is a great property. The beds were just right, the kitchen was very well stocked and the living room furniture was very comfortable. Since we were visiting in November, we didn’t use the backyard but it is lovely. Very accurate listing. Shawn was very responsive and clearly cared about the guest experience. The house is in a central location with two freeways and many attractions close by. Highly recommend.”

“Shawn is super host , we have a short stay but with great experience ,although the bathroom knob is broken in the evening but we able to fix it and Shawn send people to deal it, and they reply very fast , very recommended. And the pool is very nice too!”

“We stayed 4 nights at Shawn’s place during our visit in LA. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It is in a quiet residential area but short distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Our favorite part was having breakfast in the backyard. It was quiet and calm. We wish the weather was warmer so that we can use the pool more. We had a great stay. Thanks Shawn!”

“Great stay! Our host was awesome, communication was key and we had an amazing time in L.A. Everything went smoothly with check in, our kiddos loved the house (specially the air hokey table and pool), we had a lot of space, we felt right at home. Location was also great!”

“Great location, always felt safe. Comfortable beds, Shawn and his team were always on standby.”

“Great stay! Very clean, owner was super responsive, and a great area to be in as well. Would absolutely recommend it!!”

“Shawn was amazing to deal with . This listing was clean , beds comfortable and plenty of towels and pool towels . We had 9 in our party and it honestly couldn’t have been better . Plenty of space for everyone, great pool and backyard area . Will definitely visit again . Thanks Shawn”

“This is a great stay for a large group. A little way away from most of the city, but the drive is not bad at all. I would recommend this stay.”

“We are really pleased with our stay at Shawn home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Communication is excellent. Our group of ten people was really happy with the home overall. Super clean, well located, nice neighborhood. The back yard is huge. The swimming pool is a plus, i just wish the pool could have a heating system, but is ok we stayed in November which is not summer. Overall im happy for our stay, definitely i would book again!”

“shawn’s Home was a home away from home! It was beautiful, spacious, very clean! Great location! He responded back in minutes… If this was a thing Shawn gets 10 stars from me can’t wait to be hosted again! The pictures do you know justice the property was absolutely gorgeous!”
