“Great house. We had plenty of room and loved the open living room. We were with a group of friends. We had some issues with the WiFi that unfortunately couldn’t be solved but kudos to the team for always replying fast. The only downside was that there was not that much of cutlery.”

“A highly cost effective housing. Responsive host! We had 12 in total and it was a bit crowded. The extra mattresses were very helpful. There’s neighbors living around the apartment so has to be aware of making noise. Overall a good stay.”

“This Airbnb was in a great location for us and worked as an awesome middle point between tourist spots in LA. It was roughly 20-40 mins (with LA traffic) to almost every where we went from Malibu, Staples Center, to the Santa Monica Pier. The outside area was awesome and worked out really well for us. I’d say it was where we spent a lot of our time during our stay in the Airbnb. Of course there are small things to nitpick at but there is with every place you stay. I’d give it a solid 4.5/5”

“Perfect holiday weekend getaway for our family! Clean house, AWESOME A/C, and the pool worked out perfectly - especially for such a hot weekend. The BBQ grill came in handy, and the string lights around the pool made for a beautiful setting as the sun went down. The kids loved it! Convenient location close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Shawn was an amazing host and always attentive. Definitely recommend this place.”
