“Great stay for a big group, Shawn was very accommodating. Had a group of 12 and we all slept comfortable. The guest house was big as well! Not to mention how great the backyard is for a cook out or just hanging out by the pool!”

“Great location, pool was perfectly cool and slightly heated by the summer sun, the partial shade on the pool was crucial and being in the pool was the highlight of the trip. A lizard somehow sacrificed itself for a refreshing swim and I was able to scoop him out with provided pool nets. Very cute neighborhood, super safe and quiet at night. Near a lot of stores. All in all a great stay.”

“The house was wonderful! The pool area was amazing to relax in both day and night. We had seven in our group and we all slept comfortably. It was also great that the house was near a main road for food and shopping and was still close enough to get around other areas of LA. Shawn was very responsive when I had questions.”

“Shawn’s AirBnb was just like the listing. It was beautiful. The pool was what we needed for these hot days. Shawn was very communicative with our every need. Any issue that we had, he was quick to respond and accommodate our every need. It is a little of a distance from the main attractions (Downtown) but the property is amazing and worth the drive.”

“Great host that is prompt with answering any questions you may have. The house is beautiful and immaculate! Unfortunately I was not able to stay due to not being able to get wheelchairs in the house. Host was very understanding and even refunded me. “Shawn’s house was a comfy gathering place to visit our LA family. We used the entire house - but mostly the outdoor area. The pool was awesome! The grill worked perfectly. There was plenty of room for all to lounge together. Staying at Shawn’s house allowed my family to gather and spend time together outside of the scope of hotels and restaurants. We greatly appreciated it. His team was very attentive and the communication from Shawn was stellar. Can’t wait to return - highly recommend!”
