“Very attentive host, has many rules but honestly I agree with his rules. Had to pay an extra 300 deposit but if you keep the house as you got it you will get it so nothing to fret”

“Our host Shawn was awesome! Everything was on point; the home was very clean and enough space for everyone to enjoy. Check-in was a breeze and responses were immediate. Don’t hesitate to rent this home; it’s everything and then some!! Thanks for everything Shawn😍”

“Shawn's spot was exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, and a great price point for the convenient location. I was worried when trying to find a spot that could sleep 6 people near LA, but this spot came in clutch. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a little retreat while traveling in the LA area.”

“We had a great stay! The house is very centrally located with easy highway access and lots of amenities (shopping, restaurants) nearby. The house is perfect for two families with access to two separate living areas. The pool and backyard BBQ was lovely and our girls really enjoyed playing back there! Shawn was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“This place is exactly how Shawn describes it! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and the place is equipped with anything that we needed! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, the pool and BBQ was great for just a day to relax and Shawn was quick to respond to messages and checked in to make sure all was well! Would definitely be back if available!”

“House is great. Really met expectations in every way. The bigger patio is separated from the house—just need to walk around house to get to it. Didn’t spend too much time there as it’s next to an apartment building and we wanted to be respectful as far as noise. Was no problem at all though— the other patio was great for us. Would definitely recommend— Shawn makes it worthwhile and he’s easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a great stay!”

“Great house. We had plenty of room and loved the open living room. We were with a group of friends. We had some issues with the WiFi that unfortunately couldn’t be solved but kudos to the team for always replying fast. The only downside was that there was not that much of cutlery.”

“A highly cost effective housing. Responsive host! We had 12 in total and it was a bit crowded. The extra mattresses were very helpful. There’s neighbors living around the apartment so has to be aware of making noise. Overall a good stay.”

“• Nice and spaceous • Decently close to LA attractions • Convenient electronic code lock on the front door • Neighborhood isn't all that nice, but there's no reason to stay in Van Nuys when you have a car • All in all a great stay, the place works well as a relaxing base”
