“Place was nice and clean, although it had a lingering cigarette smell, you get used to it. Everything else was perfect and Shawn was very responsive.”

“This is a great place for families or groups of friends. The living room and kitchen area is huge, bedrooms are comfortable, and the yard with pool are great for warm days. Shawn is great and available if needed, and gave us complete privacy during our stay.”

“A true home away from home. All the amenities you could hope for with excellent hospitality. A great Host.”

“This stay was amazing! The house was as described. Shawn was very responsive and worked immediately to resolve an issue with the Wifi connection. The house is in a great location and was very clean. I will be making frequent trips to LA and this will definitely be my first choice in stay.”

“Shawns place was really nice, bedrooms accommodated our group perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood looked a bit rough but we had no problems. The yard furniture could use some upkeep. Overall it was a great house.”

“The house worked out well. The air conditioning system was perfect for the LA weather. The outdoor area and living room are not exactly as pictured. Outside was more rundown. The floors were dirty and the walls had chips and handprints. The place overall was a good stay and not too far from places but recommend leaving earlier to beat the traffic. I would likely stay here again.”

“My friends and I loved the house! Shawn was a great host and the house was really clean! It was so relaxing and fun for my friends and I. Everything was great!”

“Great location right off the freeway my kids loved how much space we had and enjoyed the pool we will definitely be returning”

“Shawn’s spot was clean, everything is where it needed to be. A couple minor inconveniences that didn’t hold the stay up at all. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“nice home just don’t smoke at all here, the host will try to charge even if you do it outside”

“Solid spot just conveniently located just outside Hollywood and LA, plenty of space for families/groups and enough parking for at least three full size vehicles. Happy to come back!”

“Shawns place was beautiful and spacious and we really enjoyed ourselves no interruptions. Even when we had to make last min changes he still made sure he fully accommodated us and met my needs! Stay here ! You won’t regret it!!!!”

“Shawn's place was a good size for my family and I. Target and Costco were right around the corner, which is a huge convenience for a big family like mine. There were more than enough beds, towels, and space for everyone and Shawn was quick to reply if we needed anything. He also helped us right away when the keypad battery shutoff and had someone let us in almost immediately. Thank you Shawn!”

“This is a great place to stay. The patio was my favorite place to be during my stay”

“Very clean! Great value it was one night so we slept comfortable and clean showers and kitchen. Area didn't look safe but turned out a quiet stay. We would stay again. Thank you! Shawn for the last minute rental.”

“Shawn's place was beautiful, clean, and the perfect space for our traveling employees to come relax after a hard day's work. Great communication. Highly recommend!”

“Shawn’s place was as described. The inside of the place was nice and clean. The area wasn’t a tourist like area, but more residential to the community it’s based around. However, it comfortably accommodated 5 guests which was the most important specification for our trip.”

“A great location and Shawn was an awesome host. Will save this spot for future visits for sure!”

“This Airbnb was more than what I expected. It was wonderful, nice space, close to everything, and I definitely suggest getting this Airbnb.”

“Great place with plenty of room and parking also. The outdoor space and location was great too”

“Shawn was very communicative and flexible with my arrival. He didn’t ask for much and had plenty of space for me and my small production company. His side yard was gorgeous. The only thing was the beds weren’t too comfortable and the pillows were flat. Overall it was a great stay just most of the guests didn’t get very good sleep.”

“This place is really kool with perfect proximity to great areas! This unique and spacious property is great for families, couples, alone time. The backyard is super sweet and I got to sip tea while relaxing on the hammock. Generous amenities, plenty of television options and an overall good time! Thanks Shawn! I will be back with the rest of my fam.”

“This was a great property for my friends and I! The central space in the home was great for socializing and the master bedroom overlooking the pool was refreshing. The home was very clean and ready for us right on time. I would highly recommend this vacation stay!”

All the rooms were descent size and the mattresses are amazingly great quality. Most defiantly will stay here again.”
