“We stayed here for a few days during the 4th holiday. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, and there was so much room. The house was very easy to find and close to many restaurants and stores. The pool was an added bonus and a lot of fun for the kids. The house was very well equipped with many items, we will absolutely stay here again !”

“We were visiting with family and it worked out perfectly. We loved the pool and had lots of fun. It was also peaceful, quiet and lots of birds around which we loved. The place had all of the amenities in the kitchen (coffee!!) and the bathrooms so was very convenient. Make sure to use WiFi as cell service is not great. The only extra thing that would have made it above and beyond is if there were additional pool floaties or noodles. But not a necessity :) Overall, we had a great time.”

“Was a great space for our family of 14. The pool was the highlight since we spent most of our time outside! The guesthouse was a super helpful space, especially for the younger ones to hang out and sleep and the open floor plan was nice for us all to gather and be together. Plenty of food options for pick up and delivery as well! Although not much to do in the area, it’s not far from LA and attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!”

“This was a great house for a family vacation. We were in town visiting family and it was a perfect home-base for us and our kids. We spent plenty of time by the pool. Our kids loved swimming. And there was room for everyone to have their space. Plus there is great coffee, Trader Joe’s, restaurants nearby. Shawn even got the place ready early in case we needed it (which is rare for airbnbs). He was very communicative and ready to help if needed.”

The area is very quiet and was near many restaurants and stores. I walked to target and CVS. The home was clean and comfortable and only about a 20-30 min drive to Universal.
