“저는 사촌의 결혼식에 참석하기 위해 한국에서 왔으며 총 6명의 가족이 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었으며 다음과 같은 점이 제일 좋았습니다 1. 여러명이 묵기에 방과 침대, 화장실 개수가 충분함 2. 차량으로 접근하기 쉬운 위치와 주차시설 3. 근처에 식료품가게가 있음 4. 깨끗하고 쾌적하며 호스트의 피드백이 빠름 5. 주변 소음 없음 6. 주방시설 및 조리도구가 완벽함 다만 몇가지 아쉬운점이 있었습니다. 사소한 문제였으며 호스트와의 대화를 통해 문제는 바로 해결되었습니다. 1. 식탁의자가 삐걱거림 2. 외국인 게스트를 위한 온도조절기 사용설명가 없음 한편으로 해결이 어려운 문제가 하나 있는데 , 건물 옆으로 작은 규모의 노숙자 쉼터가 있습니다. 낮에는 괜찮지만 밤에는 12살 아이를 데리고 다니기에 위험한 길 처럼 보였습니다.”

The neighbor the middle bedroom shares a wall with ran up the stairs in the middle of the night, waking us up. Then there was an altercation in the parking lot behind the unit which LAPD responded to. Woke the whole house up. If not for the noise, place would've been perfect.”

“If I could give this 10 stars I would. Super responsive host, property still smells like new. It was super clean and homy. The area does not seem like the best to hang out and walk around in but everything was gated so we felt extremely safe.”

“sizable place good for a family trip. The place is clean and cozy, the garage can fit 2 cars (though tight space) so a group of 7-8 can fit. The location is near Griffith Observatory and Hollywood. It’s also close to Korean town so late time dinning is possible”

Besides those 2 small thing Shawn’s townhome was beautiful, spacious, very clean & catered to all our needs with being a family of 7.”

“This property was perfect for our group of 6 (three adults, three kids). There were some snacks available upon our arrival and there is a grocery store right next door. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and I appreciated the security of the gate around the property. Our minivan fit into the garage, however it is a tight fit so everyone would get out of the van before my husband parked the car. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Shawn’s place!”
