“The stay was just what we expected, everything was super clean when we entered it seemed as if it was a brand new house. The AC was our only issue where it would sometimes turn off and get a little warm but it would turn back off and feel wonderful. Beautiful house in a decent area not too far from everything needed”

“This property was perfect for our group of 6 (three adults, three kids). There were some snacks available upon our arrival and there is a grocery store right next door. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and I appreciated the security of the gate around the property. Our minivan fit into the garage, however it is a tight fit so everyone would get out of the van before my husband parked the car. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Shawn’s place!”

“Shawn was a great host he answered fast to our messages and was very attentive . The place was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Will book again if I’m back in the area.”

“The listing matched the interior pictures exactly. I was not prepared for the surrounding neighborhood. It did not feel safe. Luckily there was a gate around this property. All night there was a lot of noise from the surrounding neighborhood. It was hard to get a good night’s rest.”

“The place is as described, lots of space and clean. I recomend this place. We will definitely comeback here!”

“El lugar estaba más que excelente realmente todo muy limpio, muy ordenado, la atención de Shawn súper bien siempre al pendiente. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y en nuestro próximo viaje a LA lo volveremos a contactar!!!”

“Place was great. All brand new and very clean. Close to a bunch of stuff near by. Host was great and very responsive.”

“Love Shawn's place!!! 3 floors, 5 beds and 4 baths, great for big group. Very clean and have everything you need for the staying. Only con is that the parking garage is a bit tight, good for one big car, and a small car. Will definitely check out this place for future visits if available.”

“We loved our stay at Shawn’s place. The place is exactly how it is described in the listing. Everything was squeaky clean and the property is extremely spacious. Communication with the host was seamless and we got all the instructions ahead of time. The property is conveniently located. It was a 15 mins drive to Universal Studios and 20 mins drive to Griffith Observatory. We had a great time and will definitely be booking Shawn’s place for our next visit to LA.”

“Great place, very spacious and clean. Plenty of beds and sleeping space for a lot of people. Parking is a little tight, but there is street parking to make up for it. Ideally 2 or less cars would be best.”

“Our stay was wonderful and the place was excellent. Good location, safe, spacious, and we felt at home. Shawn was an amazing, responsive host. Very recommended 👍🏼”

“We had a good 4 night stay at this property overall. Area at night can be a bit sketchy with quite a lot of homeless people however once you take Ubers/taxis instead of walking this wasn't a problem. only negative point would be that pretty much all the furniture in the property could do with being replaced or at least repainted. majority of it was chipped, dirty or very old. Otherwise good stay at this property and convenient location for all tourist attractions.”

“Buena opción de hospedaje si quieres estar cerca del Walk of Fame y esa zona. Camas cómodas y limpias. Tuvimos un problema con la regadera pero el equipo de Shawn lo arregló rápido siempre muy amables. Debido al horario de nuestro vuelo, Shawn fue flexible y nos dejó quedarnos una hora adicional del horario de check-out.”

“We stayed for a week. It's a great location if you're wanting to go to Griffith observatory, Universal studios, Warner Brothers and just explore Hollywood. The off street parking is very nice because it is a neighborhood so the parking along the street is usually full. Shawn and his team were kind and helpful during our stay as well. Would recommend this location to any friend who wants to stay in that area.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing and quite. We would love to stay again in the future!”

“Nice home in a good location. Shawn was very responsive and communicated well. Can’t beat the place for the price.”

“The most important thing to me was that you could actually LIVE in this airbnb. The rules were reasonable and I didn't feel like I was in a museum or part of the clean up crew. The next coolest thing was the sheer amount of restaurants in the area - you can eat whatever you want. The home is beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. There's a TV in every bedroom! And you can pull your car right up to the front door. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location!!! Truly walking distance to Hollywood boulevard and Sunset boulevard 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Beautiful, comfortable house with everything you need…just like home ☺️☺️☺️ Last, but not least, Shawn was a perfect host. He was always there, without being physically there 😂😂😂. His responsiveness was amazing!!!”

“A really comfy stay. The location is in a really nice location and I always felt safe staying there. It’s a very quiet place to stay despite being in the city, you can obviously expect the usual sounds of the city, but nothing aside from the occasional siren. It’s what being in the city is :) Shawn was excellent at responding and always followed up with any messages within just a few minutes. We had a very lovely time :)”

“We loved the location of Shawn’s place and the house itself. We thought that everything was good during our stay here! Thank you!”

“Shawn’s place is great. It feels safe and clean and is located ideally. Definitely would stay again!”

“Shawn is super nice, responsive, and so quick! He checked in with us regularly and sent someone to change some lightbulbs right away when we mentioned some were flickering. The place is in a great location, having such a large amount of parking is a HUGE plus. We were 15-30 from a lot of downtown LA locations.”

“Maison bien située à L.A, le quartier est calme et la maison est spacieuse avec de grandes chambres. Le plus, l’allée privée de la maison pour garer la voiture !”

“Great location!! Walking distance to basically anything needed in Hollywood. We felt safe and secure in the city. Home was clean and spacious. Would love do stay again when we return to Hollywood.”

“The place is great, as listed, and in a highly walkable location. We had three issues during our stay, none of which were anyone's fault, and ALL of which Shawn fixed immediately for us. We would definitely book again, with such great service being the main reason.”

“Shawn's place was clean, and had everything we needed. The check-in and out was very smooth. Being able to park on the driveway was great. Shawn's message was always timely as well. Great place to stay!”

“Very convenient stay in a great part of town! Host was very communicative and house was well stocked with supplies.”

“Wonderful place in a great location. Fit our needs perfectly. Thank you for such a great stay :)”

“I had a great experience. Shawn was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!”

“We all loved this house! Such a brilliant location for Griffith’s Observatory, cool shopping in North La Brea and of course the Walk of Fame but still quiet and felt safe. The beds are very comfortable, showers great and it is really well equipped. We particularly liked sitting out on the cool front porch. We would definitely love to come back here!”
