“Shawn is an incredible host. He was responsive and beyond accommodating to my family. And when we had a minor problem with noise, he handled within a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here. The listing is pretty private and safe given that the neighborhood is a little sketchy. I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The building is gated which helped. Anyway, all around 5 stars.”

“Loved staying at Shawn’s place - it was comfortable, functional, spacious and so well equipped! We enjoyed coffee every morning with the coffee machine and even had free snacks upon arrival. I don’t think I’ve ever come across an airbnb kitchen with a ton of dry spices too! The location is easy to get to good restaurants nearby and to hot spots in LA like the Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios. Shawn was also very responsive and easy to communicate with.
