“We had a great time with our two kids 4&6; chose the location to be close to the friends we were visiting, so can’t really comment on location objectively. Lots of space to move about. Shawn was a great communicator. House is at the end of a very quiet residential street with a lot of concern in the neighborhood about excess noise (there were signs posted) so it’s a good place for people who keep a low profile.”

“Our family loved our stay here. Super super close to universal studios. The property was beautiful and same as pictures. Everything was super clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The garage can fit one big SUV and a hatchback. The family room on lower ground is great and has a beautiful patio. TVs in every room were convenient. AC was effective. Shawn was very responsive and helpful as well. Would love to stay again.”

“Awesome place to stay for a mini vacation. The bottom floor is the best floor to play games with family and/or to chill outside and enjoy the weather during the night time. All of the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well put together! My family really enjoyed their stay. The location is pretty awesome and there’s easy access to the 101.
