“We were more than happy with our stay since both the location and accommodation were all five stars. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Loved the aero bed , lower patio and upper terrace 🥂 Shawn was a super host..only a text away if you need to ask anything. Check in and Check out was flawless.”

“The home was perfect, it’s gated for security and has a wonderful view, especially in the morning for a sunrise workout on the back deck. There’s a Ralph’s, Starbucks, great cafe for breakfast and food trucks all less than two minutes, yet you’re still removed from the hustle and bustle of L.A. perfect location. The home itself is clean and well laid out. My family and I will definitely be staying again for future trips.”

“I had 8 family members visiting, and they were very comfortable here. The place is new and close to Universal Studios. Only a few minutes drive to studio city. Shawn was very accommodating. Very prompted if you have any questions or concerns. Couldn't ask for more”

“This place was perfect for my family and I and it is just a short walk to Universal Studios which we did walk to save on the parking fee. The pictures are as the place looks, very clean and enough space for everyone. Shawn is really just a message away to answer any questions or concerns you have and is very friendly. I have already recommended his place to my family who is thinking of traveling to Cali. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place.”

“Shawn was a great a host! Friendly and communicative. The property was perfect. I would recommend this stay.”

“Host was great and accomodating; airbnb provided all the necessities needed to live comforably. Thanks!”

“Great location, beautiful home and Shawn was very nice and helpful! When we come back we will definitely stay here again!”

“The view is as wonderful as the pictures portray. Beds are super comfortable. Shawn is a great communicator and his instructions were easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay.”

“It is a brand new condo with new appliances and everything is nicely done with elegance and taste. It is a walkable distance to universal studios and accessible to 101 freeway. It is tucked in a nice neighbourhood. It is a home away from home with 2 car garage. Highly recommended!”

“We had a great time with our two kids 4&6; chose the location to be close to the friends we were visiting, so can’t really comment on location objectively. Lots of space to move about. Shawn was a great communicator. House is at the end of a very quiet residential street with a lot of concern in the neighborhood about excess noise (there were signs posted) so it’s a good place for people who keep a low profile.”

“Our family loved our stay here. Super super close to universal studios. The property was beautiful and same as pictures. Everything was super clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The garage can fit one big SUV and a hatchback. The family room on lower ground is great and has a beautiful patio. TVs in every room were convenient. AC was effective. Shawn was very responsive and helpful as well. Would love to stay again.”

“The views from this house are truly spectacular! A few friends and I spent almost a week here, and loved our stay. We really enjoyed our walks around the serene Hollywood Hills neighborhood, and the easy access to the great restaurants and nature that LA has to offer. Highly recommend this Airbnb!”

“Awesome place to stay for a mini vacation. The bottom floor is the best floor to play games with family and/or to chill outside and enjoy the weather during the night time. All of the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well put together! My family really enjoyed their stay. The location is pretty awesome and there’s easy access to the 101. I’d be down to book this place again for another family event!”

“Sean has an excellent place in walking distance to the yummiest restaurants on Ventura. We enjoyed Universal Citywalk and we took the Redline Metro to Hollywood walk of fame.”

“This home is in the Hollywood Hills. Very private with a beautiful view. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Loved the 4 bedrooms. All comfortable beds. Nice, equipped kitchen. Home was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Shawn is a great host. The place is great very close to universal studio also other LA attractions but LA traffic sucks. Nevertheless I’ll def come back home yeh I’m in LA area.”

“Nice home in a central location on a hill. We were on a family trip with large group and it was fun staying together. Shawn's instructions were clear and communicated well.”

“Really nice place. The view is spectacular, the bedrooms are spacious, and the house is clean. Be forewarned that the house is very much up in the hills—if you want something to eat, or a cup of coffee, you either need a car or a car service.”

“Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful, and Shawn was such an attentive host. Highly recommend!”

“Shawn’s place was really lovely. The layout of the house is great and the view is amazing! It’s also a fun neighborhood, with Griffith park just a few minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay!”

“The house is very spacious, quiet, and relaxing. I absolutely loved the views and had no issues during my entire stay here”

“The view was incredible, the house itself was very comfortable, the beds, couch, nice hot water after a long trip. I had the perfect place in my head and Shawn and his Airbnb really over delivered. The photos give you a good idea but it’s even more impressive in person. Shawn himself was incredibly helpful and made the whole process totally smooth”

“This is a wonderful home with absolutely stunning views. It's a delightful walk to Griffith Park and the nice Trails Cafe. The home could use some improvements but it's a nice spot for a quick visit to the area--very quiet and relaxing. Thank you to Shawn for a restful few days in LA!”

“Shawn was a great host and would recommend his home to anyone that wants a great view of Hollywood Hills!”

“Amazing home and location. Very clean and amazing view. Very very private home. Definitely recommend staying at Shawn’s. He is an amazing host.”

“This is the best home I've ever lived in, if you like quiet and wonderful views I highly recommend you try and experience living here. The host is very responsive and always enthusiastic, everything you need is here , you only need to bring a change of clothes to experience a perfect vacation, and hope to return here in the future!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was perfect and the house was nice and clean. Shawn is an excellent host and I would recommend this property.”

“Nice house at the nice place. A lot of place. Surrounded by thickets with a good view of the univercal studios park. it is clearly visible that the house was built according to the project of a good architect. it can be a little cold in winter, but the house has a heating system.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the house is cozy and bright. The patio has a beautiful view.”

“Great location in the Hollywood Hills, house is comfortable and has amazing views. Host was responsive to questions and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend as an option to stay in LA!”
