“This was a great place to stay. There was five of us and we felt right at home. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. He accommodated us with early check-in. The garage was small and wouldn’t accommodate our two vehicles but had no issue parking on the street. I would stay here again next time I’m in the area.”

“It is a hard uphill walk to Universal. But cheaper to urber there and the walk home is mostly downhill. There are a lot of stairs in the house. We were late checking in because of air travel. But the cleaner was still there when we arrived. A tv remote was missing, but after a text message we received a new one in record time.”

“House was perfect! Fairly close to Universal Studios (15$ Uber ride) and a 15-20 min walk - suitable for adults. Not so much with kids. Checking in was a non-issue. Just drive slowly as you approach as the house is located on a main road. Coffee machine with filter capsules was great. Kitchen utensils were a bit scarse. The house is very nicely planned with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, washer / dryer room etc. All accessories are in mint condition. Enjoy!”

“This was a perfect stay- it was so easy to get to Universal, there is an excellent Mexican restaurant close by. A grocery store was just a two minute drive and it was easy to get to and from the highway. Having a garage made parking perfect and the laundry room was great. Shawn responded to questions almost immediately. The back patio provided a lovely place to sit surrounded by ivy covered walls. This is a place I would absolutely stay again.”

“This house is all we could ask for. Besides being spotless and clean, it was roomy enough to accommodate our family of 7 comfortably, and it was actually a 20-minute walk to Universal. We had a day pass and a Halloween Horror Nights HHN pass. We were able to go back to the house in the afternoon to take a break. We walked back to the house at 1 AM, when the HHN event ended.”
