“The home was in a perfect location. Walking distance to our destination. The home was clean and cozy. The backyard was a really nice size. I’m sad we didn’t have warm weather to enjoy it. Shawn was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The only complaint is the door was unlocked upon our arrival. Which made us nervous upon entering the home.”

“The house felt very homey, and had everything we could possibly need and more. Such a great place to spend time in with family.”

“Clean and spacious, perfect for a gathering! Area is good but driving is still always recommended.”

“Shawn’s place was perfect for my family and me. We had plenty of room, and it was clean and very homey. There is parking for two/three cars in the driveway, which is excellent! Because parking in the LA area can be challenging to find a spot. Shawn was a great host! I highly recommend Shawn’s place.”

“Great week in LA. Shawn quickly responded to any questions we had. We traveled to Disneyland and Universal while staying at the house and enjoyed sitting outside by the pool when at the house. Our only complaint was traffic in LA. Absolutely nothing to do with Shawn or the house, just California traffic!!”

“I had a great time at Shawn's place! It comfortably fit my group of 6, and there were plenty of games in the house which we appreciated (especially pacman!) The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. While the pool was unheated, it was 100% comfortable for my stay in early May! Shawn was very communicative, As someone who isn't native to LA, this location was great! (Safe, lots of restaurants, + close to everything!) Looking forward to staying here again. :)”

“Shawn's place was great. Right in the heart of the NoHo Arts district. The place is as it's presented in the pictures and he's a very responsive host.”

“Shawn’s place is a great stay, very spacious & literally as described. Great communication throughout. The pool is huge, with surrounding trees so leaves may blow in but he had someone come clean it up for us effortlessly. The spot was very clean did have some cob webs in higher spots but all in all clean spot. Would definitely stay again. 8/10”

“Great place to stay, me and homies love it here and will definitely come back! Thanks Shawn!”

“Stayed a long weekend to do Six Flags and Universal Studios. Shawn’s Home was the perfect option for three adults and three kids. Comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of access to anything you may need from grocery stores to taco trucks. Shawn was very communicative and quick to respond to just a question or two we had.”
