“Awesome place and even better location. Super close to the beach (less than a minute walk), restaurants, bars and little stores. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. Shawn the host was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. When we go back to Santa Monica, we'll rent this place again.”

“Very nice home and great area! We were a party of five and this home fit us very well. Very clean home and well equipped. It was a two minute walk to Venice beach and boardwalk as well as numerous restaurants and shops within two minutes! We would hang out on the back deck and sit around the gas fire pit as well as using the gas grill to cook dinner. Shawn was always very responsive with any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!”
