“Great house, very comfortable and peaceful backyard. Stayed with 8 people and slept comfortably. Amazing tacos down the street, walked down to eat there all 3 nights! Nice neighborhood to walk around and get your steps in. Would come back again if the need fits. Thank you Shawn!”

“This place was AMAZING!!! Decided to have a getaway from Phoenix,AZ to a cooler area. Nothing like going back home to California. This place was great from top to bottom. Best experience I’ve had so far with Airbnb. Will definitely come back.”

“I can’t express how much I loved this Airbnb—it’s definitely my favorite so far! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We stayed here for my son’s 5th birthday family vacation, and my kids had an amazing time. The place was spotless, spacious, and felt just like home. I’d give it a 10/10 and would wholeheartedly recommend it to all my friends and family. I look forward to returning in the near future!”

“shawn's place is even bigger than it seems in the pictures! the property is rather large which gave plenty of spaces for our group to have togetherness and alone time when desired. neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. i was grateful for the air purifiers available in the house as it helped me not to have an allergic reaction to any pet dander (didnt see any hair or anything, i just have an acute allergy). space was clean, comfortable, and enjoyed by all. would stay here again.”

“My husband and I rented this property to celebrate our son's 15th birthday with a weekend trip with the entire family. Shawn's property offered great space and great atmosphere for our weekend away. The pool was gorgeous and the perfect size for a restful day at the house for a family bbq. Shawn was responsive and addressed questions and concerns without any delay and we can't wait to rent with him again! 🥰”

“This place was awesome. The house itself is huge and wide open. Master bedroom is massive with decent sizes of the other bedrooms. Kitchen was great and literally had everything you needed. The backyard was by far our favourite part. Pool was awesome, tons of space, lounge areas, tv and even a bunch of pool toys for our kid! Had plenty of sun if that’s what you want along with many shaded areas. If we ever come back to LA we will definitely be coming back to this house.”

“The house and backyard exceeded our expectations. During our stay I was texting my friends and family the listing details b/c the pool was so cool. Highly recommend.”

“We really enjoyed staying at Shawn’s place. The house was nice and clean with very functional spaces for our needs. The house has a good access by car, and eg. grocery store (we went mainly to Trader Joe’s) was quick to reach by car. The younger kids enjoyed specifically the pool while the teenager’s prefered the video room with nice large screen and comfortable cinema-style seats. 😊 We really enjoyed our vacation in Los Angeles area!”

“The backyard with the pool and water slide were by far our favorite aspect of the house! There were some issues we ran into (e.g. the queen sofa bed in the office is not actually a queen, it's more of a large twin which I had asked for photos of it beforehand but they didn't have any) which was annoying because we wanted to make sure everyone in our group had a nice bed to sleep on. However, Shawn was always super responsive and quick to find us a solution to make our stay better!”

“We had a great time, the house was perfect for the kids keeping them happy and entertained :)”
