“Perfect place for a family stay! We had six adults for a family reunion. Quiet residential street (save for some airport noise but that’s only during the day). Lots of room, comfortable beds, great back yard. The pool was very clean. Location is great, grocery, restaurants, and a nice brewery are all walking distance. Convenient to drive anywhere in the valley or Hollywood. Host is very helpful and responsive! Thanks again!”

“This is a great town house and conveniently location for Universal Studios. Note that the property is located right on a busy road with minimal noise insulation and lacking decent window furnishing (just thin blinds) to help with sound a light. But still preferred over a hotel if visiting Universal Studios. Secure parking for your vehicle is also great.”

Adjacent to all things LA, it was easily accessible to freeways and main streets while being quiet and private and safe/secure. The multi level layout of this private unit provides excellent rest space and privacy/quietness, with choices inside for social hangouts.
