Shawn has regular pool and back yard maintenance, we enjoyed the pool cleanliness and maintenance that he did, especially with our 10 month old using the pool everyday. “Townhouse in Marina del Ray is perfect for a Los Angeles getaway. Great location - 20 minutes from lAX and convenient to Santa Monica and DTLA. Wonderful community and townhouse is steps from the beach and walkable to great restaurants. Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds/linens and a great living space with ocean breezes. Kitchen has all the utensils you need, and beach chairs are provided. Shawn is a great host, helpful and responsive! Would definitely return.”

“It was a wonderful home. Dining at the large table in the garden with the lights on was especially relaxing. The spacious layout without any sense of crowding made our stay very comfortable. Although it was a bit disappointing that the pool was not very clean and the traffic noise from the big road in front of the house made it difficult to sleep well, everything else was great. The amenities were well-prepared, and overall we had a very enjoyable vacation!”
