“Very nice home and great area! We were a party of five and this home fit us very well. Very clean home and well equipped. It was a two minute walk to Venice beach and boardwalk as well as numerous restaurants and shops within two minutes! We would hang out on the back deck and sit around the gas fire pit as well as using the gas grill to cook dinner. Shawn was always very responsive with any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!”

“Beautiful neighborhood. everything described was correct. only issues we had was pool light didn't work, power tripped and we wernt able to use dishwasher, coffee maker or microwave. thr hammock needs replacing. All beds were very creaky when turning over etc. need to be replaced. We still liked our stay in this property and would definitely stay again!”

“An amazing backyard!!! Lots of seating, a gazebo, pool and bar area. Super fun. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. There were lots of beds. Basically 5 beds, plus a futon, a roll away, an air mattress, two seats that convert to beds, and a sleepable couch. Compass coffee is close by and a cool place. Shawn (or Gerry) was incredibly responsive. It was a great place”
