“Shawn accommodated us when the place we were supposed to stay at fell through. He was quick, upfront, and very easy to work with. The house was really nice and it was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend and if ever back in the area would book again. Thank you for a great experience.”

“Shawn is an incredible host. He was responsive and beyond accommodating to my family. And when we had a minor problem with noise, he handled within a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here. The listing is pretty private and safe given that the neighborhood is a little sketchy. I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The building is gated which helped. Anyway, all around 5 stars.”

“I picked this property for the privacy and convienences, nicely furnished and enjoyed the property. We had a late checkin due to a red carpet event. I would recommend a address number on the front gate for evening check-in.We never got the garage code to work, the garage remote was fine. Over-all we had a lovely time.”

“We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described and fit our group of 7 perfectly. The host was super responsive and made check-in effortless. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“We had such a great time at Shawn’s place! The house was super clean, tastefully decorated, and close to everything in L.A. The pool area was perfect for hanging out and entertaining. “Shawn’s place was actually what he said in his description. I would come back to this place as many times in the future. Everything was so local easy check in also. Recommend it 1000%. Also Shawn replies quickly to the messages !”

“The place was exactly as advertised. Tidy, clean, comfortable, close to everything I needed to be close too. Easy access for check in. Things in the cupboards I never thought about wanting or needing at a short term rental. The place smelled clean. It felt clean. It was clean. I looked in places where other short term rentals left me aghast (under the bed… clean, in the cupboards under the bathroom sink… clean, night stand drawer… clean).”

“We enjoyed the Airbnb. It is difficult to maneuver an SUV in and out of the garage; however, if you’re in a car or a small SUV, it should not be a problem.”

“Amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The place was spotless, stylish, and in a perfect location in Hollywood—quiet yet close to everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!”
