“Can’t say enough good things about Shawn’s place! Perfect location, comfy beds & furniture, VERY clean & tons to do in the area. We had a blast & would recommend to anyone looking for an ideal Airbnb. Shawn was very responsive and runs his place as described…like a 5 star hotel. Very pleased!!”

“Great place, just 5 mins drive from Universal Studios. If you are looking for a place to stay, while being out most of the day at Universal, look no further!”

“Shawn was a great host, and we loved staying at his townhouse. Perfect location and close to all major points of interest.”

“House is great, nice and clean. The wifi connection is pretty good. Furniture and stuff are all in perfect conditions. Shawn is very friendly and easy to communicate.”

“It was a wonderful home. Dining at the large table in the garden with the lights on was especially relaxing. The spacious layout without any sense of crowding made our stay very comfortable. Although it was a bit disappointing that the pool was not very clean and the traffic noise from the big road in front of the house made it difficult to sleep well, everything else was great. The amenities were well-prepared, and overall we had a very enjoyable vacation!”

“Amazing location, extremely comfortable and great value. This has been an amazing home to stay in LA, with it being about 20-30 mins from some of the best things to do in the city. The home is very spacious and having private parking is one of the best perks of staying here. I would highly recommend this unit if traveling with family or small group of friends! Thank you so much Shawn :)”

“I love the home and hospitality def would get it again and great location with eatery all around .”

“Shawn’s place was exactly as described. There was more than enough room for my family of 4 and we loved hanging out in the pool. The house is close to places to eat and not far from local attractions and DTLA. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was great to have a garage to park our car. There is a Starbucks nearby which was convenient for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again when we are visiting our family.”

“Shawn has gone above and beyond to help us enjoy our vacation in Los Angeles. We had many sleep arrangements options for 6 people. Getting into townhome with garage opener simplified our lives. It feels as if Shawn also accommodated us with the beautiful sunny weather during all 4 days of our stay. Would definitely recommend again for large families.”

“Universal was walkable (for adults) and the house was very clean. It was a little noisier than expected due to the traffic, especially in the early morning on the weekdays. Overall it was a good place to stay to be able to get to Universal easily.”

“Lugar muy bonito y limpio, cerca de universal Studio, lo único difícil fue el estacionamiento. Teníamos dos vehículos solo cabía uno, y nos indicaron que si eso pasaba lo estacionáramos en la calle de abajo, pero era complicado ya que siempre estaba ocupada.”

“Can’t say enough about this beautiful space. The view. The close by amenities. The SAUNA! The fact that there’s tons of room but it was super cozy. And we love our hosts as well. We will definitely be back!”

“This is our second stay at this location and we loved it the second time as much as the first. The house is cute, clean and comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and near everything you need. The pool and yard are amazing. And Shawn is a wonderful host. We have also stayed at another one of his properties and received the same welcoming response. We can’t wait to go back.”

“El alojamiento estuvo muy excelente, mi familia lo disfrutamos, lo recomiendo al 💯”

“Sean’s place was in a good location and had a great patio space to hangout in. The only hiccup was the uncleanliness and uncomfortable beds. However a cleaning service and a nice gesture was offered but wasn’t worth it for us.”

“this is a great place to stay to visit Universal studios and all Hollywood attractions nearby”

“Thank you Shawn for hosting us in your beautiful townhouse. I was skeptical initially but the area but turned out to really quiet at night. Respectful neighbours. Shawn provides snacks which was definitely a plus after a long road trip. I would stay here again:)”

“We had a great stay at this house! Our kids enjoyed the pool and snacks. We loved that the area was so calm, but still close to shops, restaurants and iconic LA sightseeing.”

“Beautiful apartment 2 steps from the beach. Garage under the accommodation, ideal. Well-equipped kitchen. Shawn is proactive.”

“Phenomenally stay, from inception to check-out. Shawn is keenly responsive and has thorough and proactive communication. Which I thoroughly appreciated. Pictures are as advertised and we enjoyed our stay at his place. I strongly recommend this airbnb for a home away from home vibe, with a great pool and hot tub experience, as well as comfortable home surroundings. I will stay again next summer.”

“Shawn’s place exceeded our expectations for 2 couples and 2 kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with coffee, snacks for the kids and the needed supplies. Everything was clean and ready to use. Garage was convenient for a large car. Location is central with most places within 15min.”

“We will stay here every chance we get. It is so easy to get settled in and feel at home. Cannot recommend it enough.”
