“Had an amazing stay here for the weekend while we explored LA. Great location and an amazing house very clean and a lot of beautiful decor could tell that they put work into this place. Pool outside is nice and there is even an option for it to be heated upon request. Overall an amazing time here felt like home.”

“Had a great experience, the space is comfortable, well furnished and very well located. Just pay attention to the bed situation, one of the 3 beds is smaller and tucked to a smaller room. Also, the boardwalk along the beach gets rather sketchy at night (nothing to do with the apartment, just FYI !) would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive!”

“An excellent option if you want to stay near Hollywood Blva, the apartment has many things in the kitchen, very clean, with good space. I would recommend the place without a problem. Only one day of the 4 that we stayed there was noise in the morning outside.”

“We had a great stay (4 nights, 5 people). Gated property with quiet and safe neighborhood. Convenient location for LA sightseeing (Dodger stadium, Hollywood, Beverley Hills, Santa Monica, etc.). Very clean, well equipped inside - exactly as shown in the photos. Shawn was a great host. He provided us with detailed guides/instructions and responded to our questions and requests promptly - very helpful. Thanks Shawn!”

“Shawn was so welcoming and made our stay so wonderful and easy, he provided lots of goodies for us such as chips/ snacks a filled water jug in fridge and lots of utensils cups etc. The house was beautiful and was so clean. Thank you Shawn!”

“The house had a lot of space for my family and a few friends to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Made use of the pool and the outdoor grill and space.”

“Was a great space for our family of 14. The pool was the highlight since we spent most of our time outside! The guesthouse was a super helpful space, especially for the younger ones to hang out and sleep and the open floor plan was nice for us all to gather and be together. Plenty of food options for pick up and delivery as well! Although not much to do in the area, it’s not far from LA and attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!”

“This was a great house for a family vacation. We were in town visiting family and it was a perfect home-base for us and our kids. We spent plenty of time by the pool. Our kids loved swimming. And there was room for everyone to have their space. Plus there is great coffee, Trader Joe’s, restaurants nearby. Shawn even got the place ready early in case we needed it (which is rare for airbnbs). He was very communicative and ready to help if needed.”

“Thank you so much for a very nice house.. lots of fond memories weve created there.. til a book again :) Thank u somuch”

“We stayed at Shawn’s for a few days so that we could visit universal studios and the kids wanted to swim. They had a great time in the pool. The area is very quiet and was near many restaurants and stores. I walked to target and CVS. The home was clean and comfortable and only about a 20-30 min drive to Universal. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I have to say Shawn was one of the best host I have ever dealt with. He was so friendly he responded on time. I didn’t feel like I was being watched or violated. “Shawn was a great host, he’s extremely helpful and responsive. The house is right by the ocean and it was a very quick walk or bike to everything we needed. It’s super clean and well equipped , I cooked a few meals there and the kitchen has all the tools and looks brand new. We would definitely stay there again!”

“We had a great time. This is a beautiful property and with plenty of space for a large group. We had 4 adults, two 18 year olds and 4 young children and we had plenty of space. Very nice outdoor are. We all enjoyed the pool and lounging around outside. Large tv outside under covered patio with couches to relax on. Nice little weight room to get a workout in. Lots of stores and restaurants very close by. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would stay at this property again!”

“It was the perfect place for my family traveling from out of town to celebrate a monumental event in our family, a graduation. It the perfect size and space to accommodate all comfortably and peacefully.”

“Beautiful place. Whether business, or pleasure, couples trip, or fellas, This is the place for you! All new appliances, kitchen, & bathrooms. Love the fact that it's only 1 block or so from all the eateries and night life of venice. Shawn was a great host. We WILL stay there again.”

Incredibly responsive and communicative, Shawn made the stay a breeze. And did I mention there's an epic waterslide? If you're visiting the LA area, location is great for access to locations like Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, and Santa Monica.”
