“Shawn's a great host, he sent out detailed instructions, was very quick to respond to any questions that we had about our stay and very prompt in addressing concerns that we raised. His place was very comfortable for our party of 12 people, had a well stocked kitchen and was located a short drive away from grocery stores and restaurants. Thanks for hosting us, Shawn!”

“Townhouse was conveniently located 10-20 minutes from most LA attractions. Lots of space for the 8 of us, including 2 children and Shawn was very responsive.”

“We had an amazing stay at Shawn's place. The house is beautiful and full of natural light. The pool was a great luxury and if you like bougainvillea you will love the cabana. Shawn was incredibly responsive and proactive in communications with us prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay at Shawn's property again.”

“Great clean place. Was kinda hard to find initially as the unit is on the back of the street, but everything else was good.”

“We stayed at Shawn’s house with my two young children, my husband, his two adult brothers, and his parents. It was a great stay for all the generations and had plenty of TV’s and private spaces where everyone could enjoy themselves. The outdoor space blew me away and the pool was incredible. We stayed in April and were happy we paid the additional fee to heat the pool, my kids were in it every day. Thanks to the office team for their quick responses to all our needs!”

“Even though my stay was very short, just one night, it was a perfect getaway from the city with beautiful views and privacy. The house looks even better than the pictures, everything was clean and ready for my stay. The host was very responsive all the time”

“Great host, very responsive and cooperative on all questions / additional requests. Recommended”

“My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and comfortable, and it was awesome to have beds for everyone. The location was a convenient home base for visiting area attractions, and there's plenty of good food nearby. I would note that the townhome (though itself behind a gate and walls) is right up against some commercial areas and a busy street, so we did have some occasional city/truck noises. The garage parking and driveway for entry/exit was tight but manageable.”

“We really enjoyed our short stay at Shawn’s place and only wish it could have been longer! The house is even better than the photos and the views are incredible. It was clean, spacious, private and peaceful. Shawn was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Awesome place, close to everything worth visiting in Venice. Comfortable beds and very clean atmosphere. Tasteful design aesthetic. We really had a blast here. It was such a nice addition to have the sauna. Funny story, we rented at the last minute because another airbnb was a disaster and we needed a better place. This was a much needed respite to low standards we experienced in another rental. Thank you Shawn!”

“We had a wonderful one week stay at this property. The location was perfect for us, central to all the activities we had planned to do. The property itself was immaculate, perfect for our family, with all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Having dedicated parking in our own garage was also a big plus! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if in the area!”

“This townhome was extremely close and walkable to Universal Studios. The house was clean and looked like the photos. We had an enjoyable stay in the home after a fun day at Univeral studios. It was nice to drive less than one mile away to the house at the end of the day. Shawn’s instructions were very clear and he made sure that we were able to get into the house and was response above to all questions before, during, and after our stay. Thanks again Shawn!”

“This apartment is so close to the beach (a 1-2 min walk) and very close to Washington ave and 5 minute walk to the beautiful Venice canals. It is roomy, clean and quite comfortable. There is great lighting and you can hear and see the ocean! Shawn was an awesome, responsive host who provided clear instructions of how to enter and amenities. Highly recommend this beach getaway!”
