“The place was simple but aesthetically pleasing, exactly as described. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for check-in and check-out, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great time! The place was clean and even though it’s on a busy street it felt private and safe”

“Clean and spacious, perfect for a gathering! Area is good but driving is still always recommended.”

“Wonderfully private and spacious for a family Thanksgiving weekend. I would definitely stay there again. Shawn was super host and responsive.”

“Great, private, location! The space itself was nice and clean! Plenty of area for the family to gather in groups and spend time with one another. My family and I shared some beautiful moments!! There were a couple of questions but host was responsive and provided what we needed. The attentiveness was top notch!”

“A very nice house in a quiet residential community, close to stores and restaurants. We stayed over Thanksgiving for a family get together and it was perfect.”

“The pictures show exactly how the house looks. It was very clean when we arrived. We were lucky enough that the people before us checked out early and the cleaning crew was able to get in and clean before we came so we could check in early.”

“Stayed at Shawn's for my family's first trip to universal studios hollywood. it's literally right across the street. you could walk, Uber, or drive and park for $35/day and they let you leave and return from the parking garage as long as you save receipt. one word to plan, the garage at the house is tiny, as advertised. if you have a lift or a suburban plan accordingly. our Sequoia was about half inch too tall. otherwise all was perfect and a fun place!! quiet! loved it and will use it again.”

“We had great time there and the house is very clean and new. Each room has tv. We did experience extra wait time before we can check in due to the cleaning. Other than that it was really good experience.”

“is a should beautiful home , yes home my family and i we feeling we was at home, nice, clean, quiet, private, spacious, a very good deal..”

“Great stay! Felt like home away from home & the host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Would book again!”

“Shawn’s place was as described, clean, and fit for exactly what we needed. The location is very central in LA if you’re going to be out and about this is a great location. Comes with garage parking which stood out along with super comfy beds. Would stay here again!”

“Perfect place, just as described, place is nice, comfortable and really close to Universal. It has stairs, to get to the apartment and to get to the rooms, it's important to know that, but if you don't have issues with stairs, it is the perfect place. I would use it every time to come to Universal.”

“It was such a beautiful home & Shawn was very responsive, answered all my questions, and kept communicating with us during our stay. It was a last minute business trip and thankfully we found somewhere safe for the night. Thank you Shawn!!”

“I truly enjoyed my stay at Shawn's home. I see why he is a Super Host. I highly recommend his home, I wish I stayed longer. Thank you Shawn.”

“The house was just the right size for our group of three adults and four kids. Loved the layout of the house as well as the yard. When I messaged Shawn he got right back to me.”

“Shawn is by far one of the best accommodating hosts on AIRBNB. The unit was pristine and property safe, clean and secure!”

“Shawn was very responsive and charismatic. The home was very secluded and very little noise from the surrounding area. It was great having two parking spots within the unit that can fit two cars of almost any size. Very close proximity to a lot of LAs tourist attractions in LA.”

“The place was great and had plenty of room for my group. Shawn left clear instructions, everything went smoothly!”

“Shawn was a great host! Friendly and very responsive! The house was beautiful and clean. Would stay at Shawn’s place again.”

“Plenty of space, lots of activities to pass the time. Great for groups, we had 7 of us staying there.”

“Very clean and spacious place! Sean was very responsive! The place is very close to Universal Studios and other attractions. Would definitely recommend!”

“Shawn’s place was super clean and made for a really great stay! He responded immediately and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back in the future! :)”

“Another great stay here for our group. We've been a few times now as it's just right for us when we're in town for work. Great spot if you're in the valley!”

“Nice space. Great communication. Was in the right area as we were doing a production and needed to be nearby. We left a thumb drive in the tv and Shawn went himself to the home in order to send it back to us. Thanks again.”

“My. Friends and I had a great stay at Shawn’s place. He was amazing to communicate with and house was as advertised and suited our four bedroom needs perfectly!! Thanks Shawn!!”

“We loved our stay at Shawn’s. Its really close to universal which help tremendously. The home was clean & we even had some snacks provided to us by Shawn ! Definitely will be back !”

“Second time renter. Same as before. Place was clean, in a great neighborhood, easy to find, and price was on point.”

“We had a wonderful time at this place. It’s at the top of a beautiful hill with beautiful views. Very clean we would recommend this place to anyone we know and we would love to come back ASAP.”

“Hi there - the house was lovely but it was absolutely freezing in the house and the Don’t touch note on the thermostat was a little off putting. Also, I would recommend letting people know that heating the pool is an extra several hundred dollars before they book. But the house was awesome and we had a great time.”
