“Home was just as described. Clean and spacious. Pictures were accurate. And Shawn was honestly probably the best host experience that I’ve ever had. Great with communication and genuinely seemed invested in our stay. I would recommend this property and the host.”

“Great stay! The house itself is beautiful and spacious, comes with all you need ! Neighbors are definitely very nosey and the guy who lived in the house on the left was always asking me and my family questions when we came or left. Nothing the homeowner can change though.”

“We loved the attention, they were super attentive to us all the time. thank you so much 😊”

“Great stay for visit to Los Angeles for a family gathering in the area. Loved the view and quiet. No issues getting Ubers even though in the hills. All Three couples very comfortable. Enjoyed the keurig and morning views. Easy drive to restaurants and other areas.”

“Shawn & his team are all around amazing. Very understanding, fast & reliable. They also provided a bunch of recommendations which we enjoyed. The house was beautiful & peaceful, clean & they give you your privacy! Even if your not staying in San Fernando valley, it’s the perfect place for anywhere you are headed! Highly recommended & we will be renting from his team again. All around great stay!”

“It's a very good place for a family. Shawn is a good host. He answers our messages very fast and is super kind. The place is very clean and has a big garage for two cars. The beds were comfortable. It's a super cute place. If you have a sports car, it's better not to go to this place because you may annoy the neighbors. It's amazing how quiet and peaceful this place is. I would recommend this house to everyone.”

“Went above and beyond. I’ll always book this Airbnb when I’m back in California ! Thanks Shawn !”

“Host was great. Super responsive when we had any questions. House was great very clean. Residence was also very spacious and parking was very secure. It was a little tight to get in and get out from the parking. Overall happy with the stay.”

“Shawn was great!! And the place was super sweet because it was located on a quiet street, near a large park and private. Also had coffee and laundry detergent, which came in handy. I rated 4 overall only because there were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and I will message host re same. I would stay again.”

“Shawns team were great, great spot. Would totally go back when next in LA. Suited us perfect.”

“Sean's place was clean and nicely setup with everything you need. Quick drive to Topanga State Park and Universal Studios. For us it was a great stay and we had plenty of space for all of us.”

“It was a pleasure to stay in Shawn's place. It has everything what is described. Very close to the shops and centrally located. Highly recommend.”

“הכל היה מצוין, מהתקשורת לפני ההגעה לבית ועד הצ'ק אאוט, הבית ענה על הציפיות, נראה טוב ומאוד נעים ומזמין. ממליצה מאוד!”

“Stayed here for a conference and it was great! Really good base for going to various places within the LA area. There was some noise from neighbors/traffic outside but not too bad. Very clean and new home and would recommend!”

“Shawn's place was perfect for our work trip. Just minutes away from our location in Woodland Hills. We stopped at a local market and made dinner at night and breakfast and coffee in the mornings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Everything was clean as can be and the neighborhood was great. I liked that the living room has satellite service on the TV...Big Plus for me!!”

Thank you for your hospitality and for reaching out each day to make sure all was going well. Hopefully, we can return to your place on our next visit to LA.”

“Super nice place, conveniently located. It’s not in the nicest area, but felt very safe because of how secure the entrance is. The only downside to the location was being right next to a store with bright lights and trucks making early morning deliveries (would hear the beeping of them backing up). Extremely responsive host!”

“We had a great experience, perfect location! Walking distance to In n Out , Universal Studios and many other food places. Very clean! Host were very nice and offered great communication. Would stay here again!”
