“The house was immaculate and just as described. The proximity to Universal Studios was ideal. The only drawbacks was Parking. The garage was tiny and is best suited for a compact car, street parking was tough to find and was limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm.”

“This place is great! Very spacious, even for 4 couples. Shawn was incredibly accomodating and checked in with us even before we had to ask for anything. He was prompt with any requests we had. The upstairs living space was the perfect hang out spot, with great views from the windows and balcony. Short walking distance to lots of great restaurants and Universal Studios. The neighborhood was beautiful and serene. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.”

“Excellent stay, place was perfect for a big group. Sweet view of the canyon and hollywood sign.”

“We really enjoyed staying in shawn's house. 4 spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer made our lives very easy. Good location, in walking distance from 7/11 and trader joe's. The best thing was the communication with shawn. He was very caring and attentive, we felt in really good hands.”

I can not imagine a better location for visitng Universal Studios, which is an easy fifteen minute walk away. The unit is brand new, large, and stocked with everything you could need. With lots of family traveling from across the country, it is always an anxious time until we get to the property, but this place did not disappoint and even had many pleasant surprises. Easy access, quiet, lots of space and amenities, clean, and well-stocked. Shawn and his team were very responsive to our questions and genuinely interested in our feedback. We would definitely return, if in the area.”
