“Really enjoy the stay at this place. Was very clean and comfortable and the owner had great communication with me the whole time.”

“The location is amazing, a nice yard with a pool. The spacious house was perfect for our company of 8 people. Everything is just great”

“Ideally located house close to the 101 & in a safe area. The pool was an added bonus for our teenage /adult kids to wind down & cool down following adventurous days. Well equipped house too. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us.”

“Shawn’s AirBnb was just like the listing. It was beautiful. The pool was what we needed for these hot days. Shawn was very communicative with our every need. Any issue that we had, he was quick to respond and accommodate our every need. It is a little of a distance from the main attractions (Downtown) but the property is amazing and worth the drive.”

“Great host that is prompt with answering any questions you may have. The house is beautiful and immaculate! Unfortunately I was not able to stay due to not being able to get wheelchairs in the house. Host was very understanding and even refunded me. I definitely recommend this house for anyone that loves a clean and beautiful home.”

“Great house, close to center of LA, amazing house with a pool, patio where you can eat and spend all day after the pool, gazebo on the side. The house also had spacious bedrooms, kitchen, amazing arrangement. Shawn is an amazing host, great in communicating if questions arise. Amazingly positive experience.”

“Shawn was easy to book with and extremely accommodating to our family needs! His place was as described and relaxing. We would book again.”

“This house is fantastic. The view is stunning, the neighborhood quiet and the rooms are airy and beautifully decorated. Shawn responds very quickly and is so helpful. The back garden is so quiet and perfect for a break from the busy day. The house is close to Universal studios and Griffith park. Our family of six were very comfortable. Truly a unique stay and we would highly recommend it.”

“We all loved this house! Such a brilliant location for Griffith’s Observatory, cool shopping in North La Brea and of course the Walk of Fame but still quiet and felt safe. The beds are very comfortable, showers great and it is really well equipped. We particularly liked sitting out on the cool front porch. We would definitely love to come back here!”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. It has its own garage, a very comfortable and convenient setup and also an unbeatable proximity to Universal. Would absolutely visit again.”

“Shawn is an incredible host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you for accommodating me and my family with such short notice. I’ll definitely stay here again.”

“We had a great time. The house was very clean! We highly recommend this house! Shawn is a great host”

“This place is perfect for a stay in LA. We are a family of four with a 7 and 5 year old. It’s a safe and easy walk to and from Universal Studios in 15-20 minutes - we did it 2 days in a row! Santa Monica beach is 30 mins drive, West Hollywood and Sunset Strip 15 mins. The house is great - super-comfortable and very very well equipped. 100% recommended and we would stay again in a heartbeat! Comms with Shawn were quick and super helpful. Thanks Shawn and team for a great stay.”

“The house was beautiful and comfortable. Shawn was so helpful with making sure we had a successful stay.”

“The stay was really nice, great view and comfortable beds. It was convenient and fun using the Alexa system. The host was lovely and happy to help with any questions or request we had.”

“Awesome place to come stay at with your family or friends. Would definitely come stay here again.”

“Shawn’s house was a comfy gathering place to visit our LA family. We used the entire house - but mostly the outdoor area. The pool was awesome! The grill worked perfectly. There was plenty of room for all to lounge together. Staying at Shawn’s house allowed my family to gather and spend time together outside of the scope of hotels and restaurants. We greatly appreciated it. His team was very attentive and the communication from Shawn was stellar. Can’t wait to return - highly recommend!”

“The house was Awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. It was great having a pool that the whole family could use.”

“We had a great time here, only thing was 2 of the stairs were cracked so we had to be careful w/ those but once we let Shawn know he said he’d be taking care of it for future. It was very spacious, clean & quiet. Perfect for our bigger group. Definitely would stay here again!”

“Shawn was a great host. Place is lovely and very comfortable, also located in a great area.”

“Shawn was very helpful with checking in with us on how to get around town and what was in the neighborhood that might interest us.”

“Place was great… very neat and had a luxurious feel to it. Very close to Universal and highway… great location overall. Shawn was easy to reach. We were a party of 10 but sitting arrangement in living space felt inadequate. Just needs a sectional to make it perfect :)”

“This house was just perfect for me and my family. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to grill out! Definitely would book again.”

“It's such a lovely place to stay! Clean and cozy, pretty and spacial. Shawn is so kind and helpful, and always check with us if we need anything. We will definitely come back here when we visit LA next time!”

“The house was as advertised. The back yard with the pool was really a nice hangout area. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was very efficient. Well equipped kitchen and large refrigerator was very helpful. Shampoo and conditioner was supplied in the bathrooms. Nice touch. We would rent this house again!”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as pictured. We had an issue with the pool not being cleaned upon our arrival and Shawn the host, had the pool maintenance tech at the house within an hour of our concern. The host was consistent with communication and hospitality. Definitely recommend this property on your next visit to L.A!”

“Great house to stay in. Me and my family enjoyed the pool and patio and the communication was great”
