Outside area is the usual hangout spot, with a pool, a big table to dine after grilling and even an area where you can relax and watch tv with shade. Cheers to anyone coming here.”

“Excellent experience! We really enjoyed all the amenities this modern townhouse offered. Each room has its own private balcony or yard. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer and spacious kitchen. The location is ideal and I’ve bookmarked this for future stays! I highly recommend this comfortable new place if you plan on visiting Universal Studios, Hollywood, or visiting local universities. Miceli’s Italian restaurant and In n’ Out are on the corner.”

“Shawn’s place was clean and very spacious. The rooms were even nicer than the photos and the home was stocked with the essentials. One thing to note, however, is that the home is on a rather busy street with shops next door. It was not what I pictured when the description indicates quiet residential neighborhood. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the convenient location.”

“Truly awesome experience! From the moment I booked this property to the end Shawn was so thorough, attentive and helpful…he is a fabulous host! The property itself is gorgeous, very clean and made for the perfect stay! I would highly recommend it!”

“Great house for a large family. We had a family event and filled up Shawn’s house with 10 people. We spent most of the time outside by the pool and the place wasn’t cramped at all even for our party size. Shawn was a good host and communication was quick.”

“Such a gorgeous house in the most convenient location! It was the perfect house for part of our 3-generation family vacation : kids loved the pool, grandparents loved the comfy beds and single floor level, and the “adult kids” loved making great family memories in a stylish space. Shawn was so responsive to our needs and was the most gracious host. We will miss this house!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property and enjoyed all the little details that made it feel like a home away from home. We stayed at Shawn’s listing on a mother/daughter trip and found it easily accessible to the things that we wanted to do while in LA before headed out to our next stop. Shawn was quick to respond when we ran into an issue at the property and and worked to fix it within 2 hours. We would stay at the property if we returned to LA.”

“I booked this house for my family 2022 vacation. It was my family first time in LA and we really enjoyed the house. It was conveniently close to the local stores. The pool was clean and relaxing. The kids walked the neighborhood and loved the nice houses. Shawn was a great host and was readily available for any questions we had throughout of trip.”
