“Shawn was an excellent host, and his house was a great place to stay. I enjoyed taking coffee out to the patio in the morning, and everyone enjoyed having the grill. Would recommend as a great place for friends to stay together.”

“We had a wonderful time at the house. Really clean and had all the necessary amenities ready for us when we arrived. There were 9 of us and we never ran out of dishes or glasses during out stay. Shawn and his team were really responsive throughout. Will definitely come back here the next time we are in LA.”

“Quite neighbors, great location, nice place with amazing backyard, Shawn is a great host .”

“Shawn was a wonderful host and quick to reply about any inquiries. The house has all the amenities you'd come to expect. It's location made it easy to see the sights and quickly get to work.”

“We had a great stay! The house is very centrally located with easy highway access and lots of amenities (shopping, restaurants) nearby. The house is perfect for two families with access to two separate living areas. The pool and backyard BBQ was lovely and our girls really enjoyed playing back there! Shawn was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“This home is in the Hollywood Hills. Very private with a beautiful view. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Loved the 4 bedrooms. All comfortable beds. Nice, equipped kitchen. Home was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

“House is great. Really met expectations in every way. The bigger patio is separated from the house—just need to walk around house to get to it. Didn’t spend too much time there as it’s next to an apartment building and we wanted to be respectful as far as noise. Was no problem at all though— the other patio was great for us. Would definitely recommend— Shawn makes it worthwhile and he’s easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a great stay!”

“This place is exactly how Shawn describes it! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and the place is equipped with anything that we needed! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, the pool and BBQ was great for just a day to relax and Shawn was quick to respond to messages and checked in to make sure all was well! Would definitely be back if available!”

“Shawn is a great host. The place is great very close to universal studio also other LA attractions but LA traffic sucks. Nevertheless I’ll def come back home yeh I’m in LA area.”

“Nice home in a central location on a hill. We were on a family trip with large group and it was fun staying together. Shawn's instructions were clear and communicated well.”

“Great house. We had plenty of room and loved the open living room. We were with a group of friends. We had some issues with the WiFi that unfortunately couldn’t be solved but kudos to the team for always replying fast. The only downside was that there was not that much of cutlery.”

“House was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Clean, comfy beds, great pool for the kids, awesome outdoor space in a nice neighborhood with lots of ideal amenities close by (groceries, restaurant, drugstore, etc)”

“A highly cost effective housing. Responsive host! We had 12 in total and it was a bit crowded. The extra mattresses were very helpful. There’s neighbors living around the apartment so has to be aware of making noise. Overall a good stay.”

“Shawn has an amazing spot. He communicated from the start and kept his word. The place was beautiful. Do yourself a favor and check it out”

“We had a great time staying here. The house is very much set up and decorated for rentals, so it doesn't feel like AirBnB'ing someone's charming home, but it was clean, well-appointed, stocked with everything we needed, comfortable, and the pool was lovely. I'd happily stay here again in the future.”

“Awesome stay at Shawn's place!! The house has been recently renovated, and there are lots of nice touches throughout (brand new shower, well appointed kitchen, solid ambiance, etc.). The backyard is an absolute showstopper! BBQ, pool, firepit, outdoor TV... couldn't ask for more. Shawn is also a responsive host who's more than happy to offer recommendations or do whatever's needed to make sure you have a great trip. Absolutely a 5-star stay, and would stay again”

“Shawn and his team were great hosts! The location of the house was incredible and it had everything we needed to feel at home! Will definitely be staying with them again!”

“Great house, great host, great location. More spacious than I thought it would be”

“Place is wonderful and more than we expected. Great area and plenty of parking on Main Street if need so. Shawn is fantastic and responds right away. Stores nearby and the pool is a plus. Glad we chose this house. Definitely coming back!”

“Great space especially for a family vacation... Pool area was clean and ready to enjoy. The location was awesome nice neighborhood quiet and low traffic. Looking to rent/book again.”

“This is a great place to stay at if you are traveling with multiple families. Has lots of space and comfortable beds. It was very clean and felt very at home. I would defined book it again. Very affordable!”

“We traveled to Encino from Santa Cruz California everything was great and as advertised perfect location to get on the freeway for just about any destination Great quiet neighborhood wonderful pool had an awesome time Shawn was very communicative and helpful check-in was very easy will definitely stay there again thanks Shawn!!”

“My family and I had the best time at Shawn’s home in NoHo. The house was perfect for us, with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, and lots of towels and outdoor seating for everyone after swimming. My favorite part of the trip was spending Saturday by the pool and hearing the kids say, “This is the best vacation ever!” Music to my ears. :) I would highly recommend Shawn’s home to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Shawn’s place was SO perfect! Accurate to the description and pictures, extremely clean and accommodating, and in the most perfect location! We felt safe and taken care of during our stay and would 10/10 recommend booking this spot!”

“Can’t recommend enough. The house is lovely and the pool area is so great for hanging out with close friends. Communication was amazing A+++”

“Awesome property. Perfect for what i needed. Was very accommodating and responsive. Lost of convenient shops in the area. Uber eats and DoorDash were fast and quick to deliver and found the property perfectly. So glad we chose this property. Was a great stay. 10 out of 10.”

“Great location near Burbank airport nice quiet neighborhood, very relaxing spot.”

“My family & I absolutely loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. Very quiet, nice & safe. There were lots of restaurants & shopping near by. Shawn & his team were very helpful & quick to respond to any questions we had. It is an older home, but very comfortable. They’ve done some great updates to the home. The bathrooms & converted garage were beautiful. Definitely as pictured.”

“Really nice place. The view is spectacular, the bedrooms are spacious, and the house is clean. Be forewarned that the house is very much up in the hills—if you want something to eat, or a cup of coffee, you either need a car or a car service.”

“Shawn definitely met all my expectations!! It was clean, had all the necessities and amenities listed ☺️ if you are going to the l.a area and wanna be in a quiet neighborhood close to everything and you want a host who communicates with you almost instantly, Shawn is your guy! We will be back to one of his listings 🤟🏼”
