“Thank you, Shawn, for your hospitality! We had an amazing time with our family. You were always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The place was great, and everyone enjoyed the weekend by the pool and the comfortable accommodations. Of course, the in-home movie theater was the cherry on top! We would love to come back again sometime.”

“Gorgeous and private yet only a 5 min drive to the best restaurants and shops in Beverly Hills. Avra was our top restaurant choice and the kids loved Pop Bagels at breakfast. “The house was wonderful, very clean and easy to find. Shawn was not only responsive but proactive about our stay and even was able to offer us a flexible check in when we overestimated our arrival. We stayed busy enough we never really saw the neighborhood during the day, but it was quiet while we were there at night. Only note I would give is that the shared patio gate is really hard to open, but that’s a minor detail in the big picture.”

“Came in for a convention with friends and enjoyed our downtime at this beautiful property, host was very responsible and kept us in the loop about everything.Would stay again in the future.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Culver City. The location was incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for our family of five. Our oldest son loved playing the piano, filling the house with lovely music that we all enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the central location made it easy to access beaches and other local attractions. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!”

“1. The host communicated very promptly. 2. Four bedrooms are enough for 8 people, but the rearmost of the two parking spaces requires some parking skills. 3. The room was clean and well-equipped, as shown in the pictures. 4. The location is very convenient, with fast food restaurants and grocery stores nearby, but the soundproofing isn't great.”

“Had an issue with the gate but it was resolved as quickly as they could. Host was extremely nice and very quick to respond. Respond”

“Check in was quick and smooth, the location was great. Not exactly the biggest fan of the area its in with it being a bit crowded but other than that it was a great experience”
