“As shown in the 5 stars given, Shawn was amazing and his home was outstanding. Nice view, not too far up the hill but enough to get a private breath taking view! Exactly down the street from every attraction & mainly In & Out Haha! All in all you’ll will love it just as much as we did! We will definitely be booking this home every time we return! Please do not hesitate to try this home out.”

“Great host. I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer if more than one person needs to utilize one as there is only one at the property.”

“Shawn’s place was the best airbnb I ever witnessed, we had no issues at all and everything you want to do is literally 10/15 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back to LA, definitely using Shawn’s place again”

“Everything was amazing, so we spent a great weekend. Fine communication. Great location, very close to Hollywood Walk of Fame. We found all we might need as guests, including tea, coffee, butter, spicies etc. Also there were everything for laundry. BBQ in backyard made our evening unforgettable, we will definitely recommend the premises to a group of friends or a big family.”

“Shawns place was GREAT!! He was the definition of a super host! We booked him last minute due to issues at our original reservation and his home and service is what we were expecting our LA trip to look like! His home has an outstanding view from the Hollywood sign..so much so there was no need to try and get closer. The view waking up breathing taking! We appreciate him checking in on us and staying in constant communication!”

“Shawn's place is great for anyone who loves amazing sun rise and having a morning stroll. It is quiet, clean and convenient. There is a nice supermarket Glen's at the foot of the hill. Very close to the major tourists' spots. My family and I enjoyed its location in the Griffith park.”

“Shawn was a great host. He was easy to reach at all times and very detailed with his instructions. The house was clean and had an amazing view of the Hollywood sign and hills. Be aware of having to drive up and down windy narrow roads every day. That was our only inconvenience with our 4 day stay here. Everything else was great. I would book with Shawn again. Thank you!”

“Shawn’s place was great very private with a nice view ! Perfect location to do anything you want in la would definitely stay again .”

“Beautiful home, with stunning views of Hollywood hills. Very open layout. Rooms were cozy. Perfect home to stay in while in LA. Can't wait to come back!”

“Shawns place is great for a large group everyone has their privacy and you also have the huge yard to kick back. Just outside of the tourist hotspots so more quiet then Hollywood but also a very short ride to anything you might want to do in LA. Would love to come back.”

“La maison est idéalement située pour visiter Universal et pour profiter des quartiers d'Hollywood, La Brea, même Burbank etc... La déco et l'ambiance étaient super. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de l'entrée pour la voiture. La maison était déjà chauffée. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu y passer plus de 48h. J'espère pouvoir la relouer dans l'année à notre prochain passage!”

“Shawn was very responsive and communication was clear. Place has a great view of Universal Studios. Place is well equipped. Ubers arrived without issue although road was narrow coming up. Great place, we had a good time. Thanks!”

“Shawn’s place is gorgeous! The floor plan is open and very comfortable His place was spotless and the outside area is extremely comfortable as well. His hammock is everything!!!!!! This place is perfect , we only wish we booked for more nights!!”

“Great location, really clean, and awesome home! We had issues getting the instructions to access the home and when we arrived at 4pm when it was check in time we had to wait for the cleaners to finish for another hour. Other than that the home and stay was great!”

“This location can’t be beat if you are planning to spend time in Hollywood. Ample parking, which is very hard to come by in the area. Friendly & communicative host. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (towels, kitchen supplies, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.) Great experience: Would stay here again with a group!”

“Definitely would recommend this place. We had a great stay. Very clean and spacious and the location was perfect for easily accessing different parts of the city. It was more than enough space for our group of 6 and we would definitely stay here again.”

“The house is very clean and comfortable. Location is very easy to access. Plenty of parking space if you come in big group. The host is very helpful and provide check in guide in detail. I would recommend the house for future travelers to stay in the area.”

“Can’t go wrong with this house. Fantastic getting away from the hustle & bustle of LA but close to freeway, shops and so on. Recommend.”

“Amazing place! This is our second time staying at Shawn’s and we enjoyed every minute of it. Great location, beautiful view and very spacious. Shawn is quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.”

“We would absolutely stay at Shawn's place again. The house is wonderfully appointed and comfortable. Large open floor plan that easily accommodated a group of adults. The location is great for anyone who wants to experience Los Angeles without being in the chaos of the city. As the father from the movie "Clueless" said, "Everywhere in LA takes 20 minutes." This house is no more than 20 minutes from everywhere. Shawn was highly responsive and a pleasure.”

“Shawn’s place is in a great location and near many attractions like Hollywood walk of fame and universal studios. Shawn was also kind enough to let us keep our luggage at his place after check out as our next Airbnb had cancelled last minute. Overall a great stay!”

“Great place to stay , close to supermarket, Korean markets, Mexican markets, vegan restaurants,.If you take the flyer bus to LAX its just a few miles away from Shawn's place. Great street food vendors in different pockets of the neighborhood. Good beds , great tv stations , Laundry made it very convenient to travel home with clean cloths :)”

“Amazing space, loved the little patio area! Super clean and easy to find. Close to EVERYTHING!”

“The house was so close to everything, yet felt like you were on a beautiful mountain. I would recommend it!”

“We had a wonderful time. There are 3 bedrooms as described. Very comfortable spaces with a nice grill outside to cook your own food. Nice touches with the towels, shampoo, soaps, coffee maker and extra garbage bags”

“Shawn's place is pretty nice overall. Large space, nice views and the bathrooms/showers are particularly nice as well. It's a bit tough to get to by car (small, one lane roads in the hills). Plan to coach your ride app drivers a bit so they know where to go to get to you.”
