“This house was exactly as pictured. It was about 30 minute drive from everything my teens wanted to do. The pool is a nice size and fairly deep. The BBQ grill was nice to use. There is a Vons grocery store about 3 minutes away by car. The host was very responsive. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.”

“Shawn’s place was top class, as was Shawn as our host. The house is high end and very comfortable. The location is private yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Beverley Hills to walk. Shawn was very proactive and responsive with comms and went beyond the standard robot generated messages most hosts issue. All in all a wonderful stay which I would highly recommend to others.”

“After a few recent subpar experiences, we were a bit hesitant to book Airbnb again. However, Shawn's place changed our view. I wish some other hosts were also as good as Shawn. By good, we don't mean they need to go out of their way. They just need to not "hide" anything. Shawn definitely did a good job here. The unit was as clean and well maintained as described.”

“Host communicates great and has a great response time. House was clean and ready on time for our check in.”

“Pros - Quite Neighborhood - Safe location. Great space at home - enough for 6+ guests Nice backyard! Beds are comfortable and clean. Host is very responsive and helpful. “The Hosts were great. The property location couldn’t have been better. It seamed you were isolated but you were about 5 minutes from shopping and dining. It is a very peaceful location and being able to sit outside and listen to nature was fantastic. The only downside was our trip was too short.”

“Beautiful home! Great and attentive host! We were welcomed by the large garage which fit our minivan perfectly. The home was easily accessible and very clean. The kitchen is pristine and had all the necessary cooking supplies. We enjoyed the living room and large laundry toom. The baedroom were clean with beautiful decor and comfy beds.
