“We had a great stay! The place was really nice and exceptionally clean, which we truly appreciated. It even came with snacks at check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. Having a private parking spot in the garage made everything feel very safe and convenient. I drive a large Ford Raptor and ended up parking on the street without any issues at all, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“We were a family of 6 and we loved the accommodation: super clean, very well equipped and in a great area, I would recommend it without hesitation. Shawn is a super available and pleasant host, nothing but happiness during this stay in this house.”

“Great place, was clean, well furnished. Superb location, quite neighborhood. Good food in the area, great base to explore the area. Would highly recommend this home to others. That said, one thing I didn't see in the original description, this is the "lower unit" in a two unit building and when guests were staying in the upper unit the noise carried through significantly (footsteps, chairs moving). Did not detract from our stay.”

“It's too noisy outside. At night, the heating was extremely noisy. I was woken up a couple times by heating system.”

“Comfortable place for 4 people (or even more if some are sharing rooms). The bedrooms are spread out over three separate floors, and each has a bathroom, so it's very convenient for a larger group.”

“I was pleased with this stay! Shawn was very gracious in being flexible in some aspects of our trip which i truly appreciated.”

“The house was beautiful- pictures were very accurate. Plenty of room for all of us, and the backyard was stunning. Great neighborhood, felt very safe. Out of the city but close enough to everything you need.”

We would come back in the future again!”

“Great place for large groups. Shawn was very responsive to any issues and questions we had. Bedrooms are spacious. Close to grocery store. Overall, good experience.”

“Great place for our family to gather for our visit to LA. Our host was great at communicating and helping us trouble-shoot a few things.”

“Home was very clean and roomy. Pool looked nice, refreshing, but was too cold the days we were there. The main street is rather busy, our only noticeable aspect of our stay. We would certainly book the home again in the future.”

“Place was very nice great location and beautiful. We had some trouble with the lock but we found the keys very easily and with the ref but they helped us out. Friendly and good communication We had a very nice stay.”
