“Shawn fue muy atento siempre, la pasamos súper y nos pudimos preparar el desayuno en la casa comodamente que es algo bien importante para nosotros 💞🙏🏼”

“Shawn and his team are responsive. We had a large group with seniors and kids. The kitchen was well stocked (with coffee, chips). Kids loved the pool and liked playing board games in living room. All of us had wonderful time here!”

“We had a great stay. Easy to get to Universal, so perfect for our family of six.”

“This house was excellent for our family trip! We loved the option to have the heated pool as it was cold over memorial weekend. We enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive to messages.”

“Great location Nice neighborhood, house is clean, pool water was cold, kids used only once Strict rules to be quiet outside the house Because apparently neighbors complain a lot Received the rules like 4 times before the check in.”

“Great space for our 10 people vacation. The pool was perfect. Super deep for the kids to jump into without risking getting hurt.”

“What a great place to stay!! The location was great for all that we wanted to do, easy to get around everything. Shawn and his team were very responsive and always checked in to make sure our stay was wonderful. Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed our trip and stay so much!”

“The house was very clean and comfortable with the exception of the dead roaches on the floors when we arrived. We notified our host who explained that the roaches must have crawled out after the last exterminator visit and cleaning. Other than that, the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It suited our large family very well. The beds were very comfortable.”

“Shawn’s place was perfect for my family and me. We had plenty of room, and it was clean and very homey. There is parking for two/three cars in the driveway, which is excellent! Because parking in the LA area can be challenging to find a spot. Shawn was a great host! I highly recommend Shawn’s place.”

“Great place to stay. Great communication from the host and fabulous location with ease of access to the entire metro area.”

“We rented out the home for our employees to stay in while they worked at a local university so we didn’t get much time to enjoy the home, but I will say everything in the pictures is what you get. Beautiful home, with a beautiful backyard and all the amenities. We appreciate Sean letting us stay for 4 nights, and look forward to a return visit in December.”

“Great place to stay! Host is very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend it!”

“Nice home, my team really liked it and has everything we needed for our stay. Also very responsive host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
