The house is nice and well equipped. Could probably use a little touch ups in a few spots as I’m sure the house is used often but extremely clean and comfy, especially the beds! We will be back and thankful for a good experience!”

“Overall this place was very wonderful, the host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. One of the down sides is if you have more than one vehicle, can only get one in the garage and parking on the street found to be difficult. The walk to universal was longer than what was posted, but still better than parking at universal itself. Had a wonderful experience and the kids had a great trip.”

“It is a beautiful house a bit away from the bustle of LA. But thanks to 101, everything is accessible without fighting a lot of traffic. The house was modern, warm, and cozy, and turned out to be a pleasant stay for us and our toddler. Might stay again if we ever are in LA.”

“The house matched expectations from the listing and we had a very nice stay. Memory foam mattresses were quite comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Pool area was nice and clean, although it was a bit cold for swimming in December—I’m sure it’s lovely in summer! Shawn and his team were quick and responsive in answering minor questions/concerns that popped up during our stay. Would definitely book again!”
