Lovely big yard with nice pool, well-appointed kitchen, and easy garage and street parking. “We enjoyed our stay at Shawn's place during Thanksgiving week. The location was close to all the main LA attractions - all within 30 minutes drive depending on traffic. The house comfortably accommodated a large family group - we had up to 15 people. The pool is large and the backyard is nice for hanging out. Shawn and his team were extremely responsive when we had some niggling issues- they were all resolved expeditiously.”

“Great stay with the family for Thanksgiving. Kitchen handled the cooking for 6 people really well. Shawn is an awesome host and super responsive. The location is just as described and perfect for a family. Outdoor deck was beautiful, game room was a blast and location can’t be beat (close to town and conveniences with a mountain feel). Will stay there again when looking for a place in Westlake/Malibu!”

“Shawn's place was great!! It's a newly built, very clean 3 bed townhouse. The kitchen was very well stocked with oil, spices, coffee, cutlery and pans and pots. The place is close to Hollywood, Griffith Observatory and Beverly hills with Uber/Lyft available. Nearby grocery stores and small eateries were a bonus. To top it off the host was quick to respond to any queries.”
