“Shawn's place was exactly as described. I have high standards for cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised at how spotless the house was. The team was very responsive throughout our stay and even left a thoughtful surprise after fulfilling a small maintenance request. It was a great launching pad for exploring LA for the first time. One of our favorite airbnbs and we would definitely stay here again!”

I didn't expect to have to pay for using the pool. it's advertised as heated pool but you have to pay 80.00 each day. the house has everything to make your stay truely memorable. there's plenty of appliances including everything you will need to prepare an awesome meal. I really appreciate that we always had fresh towels, there is so much for your family to do. I loved spending each day there. hope to come back again. thank you for having my family”

“The view from this property is absolutely wonderful with the Hollywood sign right in front of your living room window. Stunning views and location are the real selling points of this house. It is clean and accurately described and we great stay. As stated this isn’t a party house and landlord is concerned about noise disturbing the neighbours so not a house for you if you’re looking for a party pad in the hills. Would definitely stay again”
