“Shawn’s place was great ! The home matched the pictures and description. Very easy to find and get in, about 30 minutes from LAX . There are many restaurants and stores near by . Shawn was very helpful with recommendations, and was super kind to send me a surprise delivery of donuts for my birthday ! Very responsive to any questions or concerns we had . If you’re thinking about staying here you won’t regret it . Thank you Shawn & team for making our stay a great one :)”

“Shawn and his team were an amazing host. Extremely responsive and always checking in to make sure everything was OK or if anything else was needed. Definitely one of the best airbnbs my family and I have ever stayed at hands down. The pictures really don't do justice as the property is massive and it basically felt like our own private resort. I will definitely be booking with Shawn again and one his many properties he has in the near future. Thank you for everything and would highly recommend.”

“Liked the privacy of the hedges and gate. The house inside was just as described. Amble space for 3 coaches and 5 dancers to rest before and after competition. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels for bathing which I have found is a rarity at Airbnbs nowadays, not sure why. And most importantly plenty of hot water for showers ! Home was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and hopefully get to use the backyard next time.”

“My family had an excellent stay here! The house was super clean, had plenty of room for my family to spread out and was exactly as described in the pictures! Location was an easy 10-15 minute walk to Universal (or a less than 5 minute drive to the front drop off area) and close to grocery and restaurants. Very fast communication from host as well. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Our family spend really great time in this place. Very private with Fantastic views everything was perfect. Definitely want to visit again.”

“My family and I enjoyed this place very much! The space was just like the photos. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were spotless. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pans/pots, dishes, etc anyone might need. After some practice, parking our vw atlas in the garage became easier. I would say anything bigger than an atlas might be a struggle. Shawn was an amazing and very responsive host! Overall I 100% recommend this place for large families !”

“Great location near Universal Studios and Hollywood. Lots of amenities in the area. Plenty of room and comfortable space.”

“Great place and location, host was very good at communicating and provide information A+”

“Shawn’s place is truly a gem. This beautiful 4 bedroom home is tucked away in lovely neighborhood that is centrally located to all the main attractions in Los Angeles. Shawn and his team were attentive to all of our needs and extremely easy to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again whenever we visit the area.”

“Shawn was an amazing host! Thank you for EVERYTHING. We really enjoyed ourselves in your home. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Don’t get to enjoy the pool it was too cold. Shawn’s place is definitely recommendable.”

“We had a great stay at Shawn's beautiful home., made even more special by Shawn's attentiveness as a host. This really was a steal for the price, and I can't wait for my next booking there. The place itself is breathtaking, and welcoming.”

“아주 훌륭하고 편안한 숙소였습니다. 한번쯤 할리우드의 생활을 경험하고 싶다면 강력 추천합니다. 숙소의 상태와 위치 모두 좋았습니다. Thanks Shawn!”

“This is a great space for 4-5 people looking to go to universal or downtown. It is in walking distance to Universal and several area restaurants (aside from City Walk). The space was super clean, easy to find, offered secure parking, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Shawn communicated well and checked on us (via airbnb messanges) several times to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Check in and check out were very smooth.”

“Shawn’s place was excellent. He was very flexible with our requests and quick to respond. He was also very friendly. The place was nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Beautiful home! Shawn is a very accommodating and responsive host! We would definitely stay again!”

“This house was perfect to spend a little Valentine's staycation. I only wished we got to stay longer to enjoy all of the amenities that the property has to offer. I hope to come back to this rental for another, longer stay to enjoy a sunny day at the pool. I love a responsive and communicative host. It truly makes all the difference in the world, and Shawn and his team get a 10/10 in my book.”

“The place was exactly what my Wife and I needed. Will definitely look to book again in the near future!”

“we were a party of 7 and Shawn's place had lots of space for us all, particularly the downstairs space which our grandchildren so enjoyed. Great location for Universal, warner bros and Hollywood treats”

“The house is big, comfortable, my guests were very happy, they liked everything :)”

“We had the best time in this beautiful house. The views are breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave. Pictures don’t do it justice.”

“The place was more than what I expected! Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. There was more than enough room. The backyard was my favorite—the cabana in the back was the best!”

“The view is amazing and the house is super clean. Instructions are clear and helpful. The host is really nice and always responsive.”

“Great place. Excellent location. Shawn was a great host very responsive and attentive. Worth every dollar. Beds are confy and place is very well maintained”

“One of the best places I have ever stayed using Airbnb. Clean and beautiful. Close to Hollywood and most importantly has parking spot! This is very convenient for us to spend time around and come back to rest without any issue. Will recommend this place and will definitely consider to stay here again when we are coming to LA again. We are grateful to the great relaxing experience to the host.”
