“The house was clean and comfortable overall, and the host was very nice and accommodating. We really appreciated the later check-out time that the host allowed us—it was very helpful. The home is definitely on the older side and could use some updating and maintenance. There were quite a few areas where things looked worn or had spots/stains, which took away a bit from the overall experience. That said, we appreciated the cleanliness, the host’s kindness, and the flexibility with check-out.”

“Beautiful home in a great location! The water slide is so fun ! Love the cave as well!”

“Excellent spacious condo. Well stocked modern kitchen. Nice roomy living room and relaxing patio with amenities for dining and grilling. Right next to Venice Beach, restaurants and Starbucks all less than a minute or two walk. Host Shawn was very helpful and accommodating. Area is private, peaceful in a very nice beach neighborhood. We will definitely return when we are back in area.”

“First class all the way - from communication to helping with questions to suggesting fun activities to a wonderful home in the heart of things. Thank you Shawn, it was an amazing vacation and right when we needed it, thanks to you!”

“Absolutely amazing home and location. The house is even better than the pictures. Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Literally a 20 second walk to the beach. Shawn is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My family is already asking when we can go back. If you’re looking for the best beach house on Venice Beach this is the place!”

“L’host è stato super disponibile, e ci siamo sorpresi di come lui ci abbia dato la fiducia di stare nella sua lussuosa abitazione, nonostante noi fossimo un gruppo di 20 ragazzi sulla ventina d’anni. La casa dispone di parecchi metodi di divertimento e li abbiamo sfruttati a pieno per divertirci.”

“This was a beautiful place within a few steps from the beach. We loved that Shawn sent us restaurant ideas and had beach chairs and supplies handy. The two outside patio areas were wonderful for morning coffee and we arrived to find snacks waiting for us. Lots of small touches that were very much appreciated. I will stay here again.”

“The home was beautiful and just perfect for a weekend get together with old friends.”

“Everything was so great easy to find easy to stay specially the pool and rooms was soo so clean as well”

“The accommodation is completely as described (the pool is even larger and deeper than the photos suggest). The neighborhood is quiet and secure (note that during the day, there are a few planes passing by from nearby Burbank Airport, which you can hear if you are in the garden, but not in the house). Shawn was very responsive and responded to all our requests. Everything is within easy reach: Universal Studios, the L.A. museums...!”

“We really enjoyed staying here, the house was clean and tidy and had lots of amenities including snacks! We especially liked the pool and outside area The location was good, a little bit noisy because of the main road but it was convenient to have shops in walking distance and being close to the freeway meant it was easy to get to different parts of LA during our trip. Shawn was a great host and very responsive if we had any problems or questions! :)”

“Shawn was a very friendly and responsive host. My family and I stayed at his house for 4 days. The house was very nice and the backyard with additional detached apartment and pool was a great private retreat.”

“My family and I had a great stay. The beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool to the max. Something else that I really liked is there were more than enough towels available for showers and pool time.”

“We had a great stay. Our host, Shawn, was on top of any questions or problems we had, which were very minor and addressed the same day. They made us feel comfortable like a home away from home. Will definitely book again in the near future. Thank you all again for your wonderful hospitality.”

“Beautiful home that was very clean, had plenty of amenities, and lots of room. There was even a lemon tree in the backyard! House was in great shape and you can tell the owner's take pride in having a well kept home. We would definitely rent from Shawn again, great experience!”
