“We had a great stay. Our host, Shawn, was on top of any questions or problems we had, which were very minor and addressed the same day. They made us feel comfortable like a home away from home. Will definitely book again in the near future. Thank you all again for your wonderful hospitality.”

“A beautiful house with lots to do for kids. Shawn was very helpful and easy to deal with. A very spacious house. We had an amazing time. Would highly recommend.”

“Shawn was very responsive in responding to all of our questions. Parking was limited. Our SUV had to park at a diagonal in the garage, we had to park the other vehicle down the street. The first floor has a sofa bed in the living room by the kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Downstairs is another couch that doubles as a bed. There was only one set of extra sheets for the two "sofabeds". The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and the location was great!”

“We had a great stay at Shawn’s place! The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Shawn was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and the location. Would definitely recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this home, mainly due to the proximity of the beach and the quiet courtyard and path in front of the home. We enjoyed spending evenings having wine watching the beach goers pass by. The fire table would be lovely in cooler weather. We enjoyed having the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. Shawn was a great host, always helpful and responsive.”

“We had a great stay! House is in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. House is comfortable and well stocked with all the basics including spices, coffee and even a nice basket of snacks. “Great location with proximity to beach and very walkable to restaurants, bars and Venice Beach attractions. The townhouse is definitely crowded for 8 people but can be fun if you don’t mind sleeping close together and are not looking for high end accommodations.”

“The location is perfect and the home was great for our family of six. Shawn was a fantastic host and communicated every step of the way from booking through departure. Highly recommend!”

“This space was perfect for my group's needs. It is so spacious and beautiful. There are three outdoor spaces and two indoor entertaining areas perfect for socializing. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Shawn was even so kind as to send complimentary donuts for us on Saturday morning. There was plenty of parking in the driveway, too. I would happily stay here again!”

“Just as advertised, spacious and balconies of the rooms was very nice. Perfect for our group. Thanks !”

“My family and I had an amazing stay at Shawn’s place. My sons loved the pool and all the open space in the house to run around and explore. The property is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and was a great area to go for a morning run. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for convenience. Definitely would come back!”

“Had an amazing time !! Loved the house !! Would highly recommend. Super beautiful and very responsive team! Bring bug spray for mosquitoes in back yard but SUCH A FUN TIME”

“This is a great place to stay with a group. Perfect for a quick beach vacation. The beds were very comfortable and we had enough linens and towels for our large crew. Shawn and his team were really responsive. We had a small issue with the dryer in the unit so washing clothes was a challenge. Shawn was responsive and while we couldn't get the dryer fixed, the rest of the stay was great. This is our second summer staying at one of Shawn's properties and we'll be back.”

“This location was perfect for our Universal Studios trip. It’s walkable to the park and had a grocery store and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. The home itself fit all of our guests. We would definitely stay there again in the future.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, organized, and had every amenity! The round dining table fit our family perfectly. The outside could have used a little TLC. We enjoyed the pool and watching a movie outside at night. The stars were beautiful!”

“Shawn is most definitely one of the nicest and more helpful hosts I have had in a while! He was actively responsive, which I absolutely appreciate, and his rules are straightforward and simple! The place was gorgeous and fit the description. We felt right at home and the location was super ideal for ours plans. My family and I definitely plan on coming back soon! :)”

“Host was great, very responsive and helpful. Place is equipped with all the basics. The only thing I would recommend [beyond hosts control] is bug repellant spray whenever you are in the backyard, Our family got bit all over by baby mosquitoes while enjoying the pool our first night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay”

“Great place. Shawn was a great host well worth the money pool and backyard top tier”
