Shawn was made aware of said issues for the next visitors and he was very receptive. Shawn checked in with us and was very helpful!”

My parents took the queen room, I was hesitant about sleeping on twin bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable. House had everything we needed. Location, location, location..... Doesn't get much better than this. The house has been well used, but with that being said, it was very clean, linens were fresh and had most things you need while away from home.”

“Shawn’s team was great! I had some issues on the first night checking in because it was dark and I didn’t realize the key pad was ON the door and not in a box. Shawn’s team kept in contact with me until I was able to get in. Space was nice and clean. About a 15-20 min walk to Universal. Walking back is much easier, all down hill.”

We didn’t got to enjoy the pool as much as we want but I can assure you it was hot enough to get in on the begging of December even raining.
