“This house was PERFECT for our family.. Shawn is a Great host! The house was clean and the property was well kept. Tons of space, the bedrooms each had a TV & the kids enjoyed the Air Hockey Table. The pool looked clean and well kept, although we did not use it. We loved the convenience of having codes to enter the home. We felt comfortable sleeping in this home, nice neighborhood. Short distance Universal Studios, approximately 20min. We would definitely rent this home again .”

“Shawn was fantastic - so responsive, super accommodating and very flexible. Location is awesome, right off Ventura and in a good neighbourhood. House was great, very bright and open. It would have been nice if the pool was heated. Also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great and I can't say enough about how wonderful Shawn was.”

“Great location for guests with multiple attendees. You have to be mindful of noise which was not an issue for us but maybe for others. 25 minute drive to LAX and neighboring places. Side patio has great potential but it is not connected directly to the house which made us not really to use it. Overall it was great for the purpose of our trip and Shawn was very communicative and even let us check in early.”

“This is a great property. The beds were just right, the kitchen was very well stocked and the living room furniture was very comfortable. Since we were visiting in November, we didn’t use the backyard but it is lovely. Very accurate listing. Shawn was very responsive and clearly cared about the guest experience. The house is in a central location with two freeways and many attractions close by. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was fine, good location , the house looks just like the pictures, the check in process was easy, good communication we enjoyed our stay. If you have a small car if definitely fit in the garage we had a 2015 ram pickup and it fit but diagonally not straight across. We could have parked outside but we felt safer parking in the garage .”

The back yard is huge. The swimming pool is a plus, i just wish the pool could have a heating system, but is ok we stayed in November which is not summer. Overall im happy for our stay, definitely i would book again!”
