“We had a great stay at Shawn's place! The layout was perfect for our family with two toddlers (1 & 3 yrs old). Having the pool was a nice way to relax at home and entertain our kids if we wanted to avoid the business of LA. Shawn and his team were very responsive and helped make our stay comfortable so we felt well taken care of. Given this was our first time visiting LA we felt pretty central and were able to see all that we wanted to. Thanks again!”

“We are a cricket team traveling from Dallas . The location was perfect for us. Shawn made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thx Shawn.”

“It was the perfect place for us to stay for our trip to Universal Studios. Really clean, spacious and located very close to the park! We had a great time!”

“Shawn’s place was perfect for our 2 families. Location was very convenient for our trip to Universal Studios. Extremely clean and new! My kids enjoyed the snacks they left for us and Shawn and his team were extremely accommodating when we needed an extra air mattress. Would come again!”

“We loved the house! Everything was exactly like the pictures. We loved that the house was big enough for us to separate but be able to come back in the living room. Can’t wait to come back soon!”

“Good place to stay! Pool was nice (the bugs were not lol). Overall enjoyed our stay!”

“Great location for Universal and beautiful space. The beds were amazing and the host was very easy to communicate with and even left us a little surprise. Great Airbnb for the area and great communication.”

“Shawn’s team was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was a stressful time for me as my dad was in the hospital and they did everything possible to make the booking, checkin, and stay as seamless as possible. They even worked with me on availability for the dates I needed. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Nice kitchen, beds, full size washer/dryer, spacious.”

“Shawn & his team were responsive, accommodating to our needs, to include hosting our four legged family member. Clean home, great location to beaches, LA, Dodger Stadium, Downtown, et all!”

“My family loves Shawn’s place. The description matched the house to the T. Very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Would definitely rent this place again. I am also letting all my friends traveling to LA know about this wonderful place.”

“The house was very well kept and had all the amenities needed to make our stay great. Was a short drive to Universal Studios, which was convenient for our family. The host was responsive, anytime we had a question, we received a response quickly.”

“We loved this house! Took a family vacation with 1 other fam. We had 3 kids total and 4 adults and fit comfortably in the house. The house was just like the pictures - lots for the kids to do inside and outside. Neighborhood felt safe and Shawn checked in with us multiple times throughout the stay. We would stay again and even considered extending our stay while we were there.”

“we loved our stay at shawn’s terrific house in the hills! this is a gorgeous, peaceful getaway with terrific views. the house is stocked with everything you need, the beds and couches are comfortable, and shawn and his team and incredibly helpful and respond quickly. i will stay here again whenever possible.”

“We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb. Shawn was great and accommodated an earlier checkin for us.”

“Great place for a quick one night stay for our kids to enjoy a pool. Location is off a main road with heavy traffic and drag racing so it’s quite loud. Food options are minimal in the area, but there was a great local Birria spot pretty close by. All in all the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, place was clean, and filled with necessary amenities for a fun pool stay. Would stay again, but bring groceries to have a grill session instead of rely on neighborhood offerings.”

“Shawn and his team were great they always responded in few minutes and was very friendly and professional. I definitely enjoyed my stay and the hosting experience. Thank you Shawn you are doing a great job 👏🙏”

“The perfect house for the family and I kids had lots of fun in the pool house has everything u need its like being in your own house shawn and his team respond to messages quickly and respectfully will be looking for shawn and his team next time we come to LA and rent a vacation home”

“Shawn's house was a great time for all of our guests. The house was beautiful on the interior as well as the exterior. The backyard was probably our favorite part of the house because of the big and clean pool as well as the amazing patio area. Overall I recommend this house to anyone looking for an Airbnb in the LA area because its definitely worth the price.”

“I can tell you one thing that will sum it all up. I've been in a lot of apartments, but the first time I was in a house like this is great, available, clean, comfortable, a feeling of home. I strongly recommend everyone to come and enjoy and forget about your problems. An experience that makes me want to come back. Wow wow”

“Place was great! Shawn was kind to accommodate a small gathering as well. A little bothered that it said 2 night minimum and then his people came back and said it was actually 3. Other than that the place was lovely and I would stay there again.”

“Great home and shawn and his team helped with whatever we needed. I will most definitely come back in the future.”

“el lugar coincide con las fotos y hasta mejor estando allí, cerca de muchos lugares de interés y fácil desplazarse, muy cómodo pues tiene 4 recámaras y 4 baños por lo que es necesario para una familia numerosa muy limpio y cuenta con lo necesario para preparar alimentos, es un lugar excelente, además que el propietario es muy atento, muchas gracias”

“We had such a good stay we are already talking about a return next year for my friend’s 50th. We had a few questions and always got a nearly immediate response. Only regret was not staying a while longer. Will most likely be back!”
