“Sean's team was great about communication. For me that's sometimes more important than price or amenities. The place was exactly what we were looking for. I really enjoyed the backyard, the decor and the bedding.”

“The stay was just what we expected, everything was super clean when we entered it seemed as if it was a brand new house. The AC was our only issue where it would sometimes turn off and get a little warm but it would turn back off and feel wonderful. Beautiful house in a decent area not too far from everything needed”

“Thankyou so much for hosting us over this unforgettable weekend with our children! House is beautiful location is great across from universal! Thankyou so much again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place! Everything went wonderfully”

“The pictures and descriptions were accurate. Shawn is an excellent communicator with detailed arrival instructions and checked up on us when we were there to make sure we didn’t need anything (we didn’t). The check-out process was easy and low stress. A few smaller details that we appreciated: nice towels,m and decent toilet paper. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“Shawn and his team did amazing! The instructions were clear and I had no issues finding the house despite the fact that it really is hidden away. It was very private and quiet up there. Amazing views of Universal Studio’s as well as the surrounding mountains. I didn’t have to drive more that 20 minutes to do almost everything I came to do in the city, so it was located very well. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Los Angeles!”

“It was a wonderful place, that had enough space for all my family. Came equipped with paper, towels, utensils, entertainment, and many other things to make my stay feel as homey and easy as possible. Very nice and big house with a pool that is taken care of and would definitely recommend for any others looking for a place to stay.”

“Perfect house to stay in LA area. Convention location with easy access to 101. The house is well renovated with all needed amenities. We stayed with our 3 daughters and they had a blast with pool and cabana. We would come back again...”

“The house was easy to access and very close to several attractions. Very responsive host.”

“This property was perfect for our group of 6 (three adults, three kids). There were some snacks available upon our arrival and there is a grocery store right next door. Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and I appreciated the security of the gate around the property. Our minivan fit into the garage, however it is a tight fit so everyone would get out of the van before my husband parked the car. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Shawn’s place!”

“My partner and I chose to stay for a couple nights and it was definitely worth it. The whole home was vey clean and had everything one needs. There were even extra amenities than I expected. Our host Shawn was great! The Pool was absolutely amazing in this heat! I would absolutely recommend this home for you family vacation or stay. :)”

“I only stayed there for one night with a group of friends. We had a really great time, the house was spacious and the surroundings were exactly what we needed to wind down. “If I could describe this in two words? A Resort. My family enjoyed all the amenities in the limited time we had. The atmosphere was extraordinarily peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Shaun was super considerate in providing what we could need as a family of five. This goes from books, TV, play areas, down to snacks and shampoo!”

“Place was Amazing! Tucked away nicely around some tall hedges, house provided all the amenities we needed for a quick weekend trip. Would recommend to anyone staying in the surrounding LA area.”

Staff was super helpful when we had questions ❤️ If your looking for a clean and peaceful place to stay for your little family… THIS IS IT! Thanks Shawn and staff we enjoyed our stay! Hope to do it again 🤗”

“The listing matched the interior pictures exactly. I was not prepared for the surrounding neighborhood. It did not feel safe. Luckily there was a gate around this property. All night there was a lot of noise from the surrounding neighborhood. It was hard to get a good night’s rest.”

“The place was good and small and adequate for our group of 5. Especially enjoyed the view. !! It was a convenient location to places we wanted to visit. Shawn was very responsive. Flexible about check in and out time ! House was clean! All basic amenities were available. Will recommend for any who enjoys a winding drive uphill to a great view 👍🏼”

“Shawn was an excellent host! The customer service was exceptional. If I had a question, he responded within minutes. The home looked exactly like the pictures and pool was very clean . When we arrived, there were welcome snacks available and well as donuts delivered the next morning. What a nice surprise . The home accommodated our large group comfortably. “The house is beautiful and big. A really nice place to stay with friends. The gardeners came at 7am and woke us up but except from that we had an amazing experience. Highly recommended.”

“We picked Shawn’s place for the weekend and it was such a nice house! Super attentive host and he even left us some snacks. The pool was amazing. I would stay here again.”

“Had a great time -- thanks so much for the hospitality! House was very well stocked and the environs were beautiful. Fast responses to questions by a good continent of friendly staff, and everything in the house was in good working order. Kitchen was well equipped also.”

“The location is ideal, in the middle of a residential area, but with restaurants, shops and other facilities nearby and with the tourist and other attractions of LA within close driving range. The house is welcoming, with all equipment and facilities desired and the swimming pool is a clear plus! The host is friendly, clear on all rules and very reactive and helpful. All in all, a very positve recommendation!”
