“El lugar estaba más que excelente realmente todo muy limpio, muy ordenado, la atención de Shawn súper bien siempre al pendiente. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y en nuestro próximo viaje a LA lo volveremos a contactar!!!”

“Place was great. All brand new and very clean. Close to a bunch of stuff near by. Host was great and very responsive.”

“Fantastische (start)plek voor onze rondreis door de VS. Geweldig zwembad en lokatie is ideaal voor zowel de stad als de pretparken (vooral Universal Studios is dichtbij). Ruim, schoon huis waar we met z’n zessen enorm hebben genoten.”

“Beautiful home! Easy access to freeways, restaurants and attractions. My family and I enjoyed this location with plenty of space for our party of 16 to sleep and be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on our next LA visit. Couldn’t ask for anything more, completely felt like home!”

“Big place, everything was wonderful. Thank you for all the shampoo. The pool was so nice for the kids. The temperature was about 90 when we there, I wish we can control the AC instead of auto energy saving but I was all good. I love that the location was near so many markets. Thank you Shawn team for all the support. Aloha and see you next time.”

“One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! Felt comfortable and right at home. The pool is huge and one of the best perks to cool off after a hot day in the LA sun! King bed was very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed!”

“The best part of this place is actually the pool! The backyard is spacious, green and well decorated with a fun cabana! The kids loved the pool and wanted to just stay there the whole time. We appreciated that there was extra space in the pool house, perfect to segregate some teens from each other and clean and bright. We also appreciated the large dining area and big open space in which to congregate, this was perfect for our group!”

“It was very pleasant to stay at Shaw’s property, my kids had a lots of fun on the pool and everyone was very confortable at their own room, Shawn was really nice always asking if we need something he always respond the text message quickly. #i love the master bathroom”

“Great place not too far from Downtown LA. The hostess for this location are professional, top tier, proactive and very helpful. I strongly suggest this location to future consumers.”

“Shawn was excellent to work with throughout the whole booking process. The place was conveniently located to Universal Studios about a 10 minute walk even in the 95° weather, it wasn’t a bad walk due to its location. The place was clean and laid out as described. Very nice with new furniture and and a modern style. Oh, not to forget the attached parking garage, which was very nice due to the temperature this week.”

“Had such a memorable time!!! The pool was amazing!!! Super clean and warm! At night the backyard is stunning and relaxing! Plenty of room and beds for my friends and family. Shawn was SO accommodating with us! Love that he’s willing to help out in any way!!!!!! Ask him anything and he’ll do what he can’t to help! It’s in a fantastic, very safe neighborhood! Liquor store and grocery store near by! Will definitely be back!”

“Truly amazing place and the owner was super attentive. Such an amazing place but just 10 minutes from Westlake village. Everthing about the place is amazing. Nighttime and early mornings are magical. We stayed w kids and the did a corporate retreat and insane place.”

“There was a problem with the internet but Shawn and his team were very communicative and tried to fix as quickly as possible. Good communication and place was clean, as advertised. Thanks, A”

“We loved staying at Shawn's place. It is a beautiful home with a very enjoyable pool. We will definitely rebook on our next trip to L.A. and reccomend to family and friends. Thank you Shawn for providing us with a beautiful and relaxing home to enjoy after a long hot day in L.A.”

“Love Shawn's place!!! 3 floors, 5 beds and 4 baths, great for big group. Very clean and have everything you need for the staying. Only con is that the parking garage is a bit tight, good for one big car, and a small car. Will definitely check out this place for future visits if available.”

“fantastic!we have a very pleasant stay there, very good location and beautiful house!will choose here again if any chance!”

“Wow!! I was the very first guest and I was a little bit hesitant because there weren't any reviews but the place absolutely blew me and my family away! Absolutely stunning! I've never stayed in an Airbnb with this level of quality! Everything was absolutely top-notch and the beds felt heavenly. The grounds are massive, feel totally secure and you're only a little over 30 minutes from LA but you feel worlds away! Can't wait to come back to this amazing house.”

“We loved our stay at Shawn’s place. The place is exactly how it is described in the listing. Everything was squeaky clean and the property is extremely spacious. Communication with the host was seamless and we got all the instructions ahead of time. The property is conveniently located. It was a 15 mins drive to Universal Studios and 20 mins drive to Griffith Observatory. We had a great time and will definitely be booking Shawn’s place for our next visit to LA.”

“We loved this place! It was spacious for our large group of 12, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed sleeping in a separate “mother-in-law” suite, as well as had a lot of fun in the pool! The host was nice and helpful and allowed us to enjoy this beautiful place for a little longer than a standard check-out time!”

“Very communicative host! Clean, cozy bungalow! Perfect for two small families who were traveling to LA to visit Universal Studios, which was about 20 minutes away. Kids enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Each bedroom was comfortable with TVs in each one. Nice living area. Bathrooms accommodated everyone with consecutive hot showers.”

“Great place, very spacious and clean. Plenty of beds and sleeping space for a lot of people. Parking is a little tight, but there is street parking to make up for it. Ideally 2 or less cars would be best.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to our friends”

“Just returned from a great stay at this house. Would highly recommend! A lovely quiet neighbourhood close to everything you need! Shawn and his team were highly responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay - also offered us a later check out which was great! We are just sorry we couldn’t take up the offer to stay another night!”

“Shawn and his team were amazing to deal with, quick to respond & very happy to help out. They were fair and accommodating. The location was amazing for a large group and the pool was definitely a highlight! Our group was delighted with the spacious house and would stay again in a heartbeat. “Very nice place very easy to parking in the street and the place have very close grocery stores gasoline I recommend this place 99.9%”

“Place was great! Looks deceiving because the home is longer than wide but once you walk in, there is a ton of space. Outdoors area was great, the only thing we would want is a bit more shade, we booked for July and the sun was a bit of a killer. Other then that, it was awesome, would book again.”

“Great spot! Clean and very spacious. Shawn and team very communicative and responsive to any questions. Walkable to Universal or short/cheap Uber ride if you are just done. Great restaurants around. Highly recommend.”

“Our stay at Shawn's pad was delightful. Shawn was very accommodating, even providing air matresses for our large party. The home was centrally located to Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd, and great restaurants. The pool was also great. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I wholeheartedly recommend Shawn's N Hollywood pad .”

“The unit was exactly as described and fit our group of 8 easily. Everything is brand new. Shawn and his team were the most responsive hosts I’ve ever had. Taking an Uber to Universal was super easy even at 6:30 am for our early entry passes.”
