Area at night can be a bit sketchy with quite a lot of homeless people however once you take Ubers/taxis instead of walking this wasn't a problem. only negative point would be that pretty much all the furniture in the property could do with being replaced or at least repainted. majority of it was chipped, dirty or very old. Otherwise good stay at this property and convenient location for all tourist attractions.”

“The house is within walking distance to Universal studios and studio city. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and the shades let in a ton of light so it was honestly kind of hard to sleep. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the house is beautiful and very clean.”

The off street parking is very nice because it is a neighborhood so the parking along the street is usually full. Shawn and his team were kind and helpful during our stay as well. Right across from Universal Studios and close to Hollywood Blvd. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for a larger group, but also nice for just a few. Loved entering through the garage and having that parking. This was very private and quiet, up off the main road. Thank you for a great stay! Enjoyed visiting Griffith Park Observatory and the Getty Center as well. This was close to all.”
