There was plenty of room for all to lounge together. Staying at Shawn’s house allowed my family to gather and spend time together outside of the scope of hotels and restaurants. We greatly appreciated it. His team was very attentive and the communication from Shawn was stellar. Can’t wait to return - highly recommend!”

“The house was as advertised. The back yard with the pool was really a nice hangout area. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was very efficient. Well equipped kitchen and large refrigerator was very helpful. Shampoo and conditioner was supplied in the bathrooms. Nice touch. We would rent this house again!”

“Fabulous location!! We stayed 4 nights starting our family trip up the coast. The views are amazing - views of the Hollywood sign from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. We did have an issue and Shawn promptly responded concerning the issue. We were driving a Yukon and were able to park at the property. Very nice home. The location was ideal and we all loved our visit! I highly recommend staying here.”

“This house provided a great stay for a family with young kids on vacation. The pool was absolutely crucial during the hot weather. There was a weird breakdown of the air conditioning due to the smart thermostat, but the host was very responsive with communication and we were able to fix it eventually.
