“Quiet, comfortable, great views... just what we were looking for. Would stay here again”

“This was a superb home. Everybody just loved it. It is a comfortable, pristine home and lives up completely to its description. Shawn is completely involved in ensuring everybody is comfortable. IMPRESSIVE, IMPRESSIVE. This is the best of experiences and I will look for this property again. AWESOME as you say! Thank you so much....a 5 STAR all the way..”

“To start.... I can not say enough about the host. Shawn has been the most responsive, accommodating , helpful, and understanding host I have ever had the privilege to work with. Location, location, location..... Doesn't get much better than this. The house has been well used, but with that being said, it was very clean, linens were fresh and had most things you need while away from home.”

“shawn was extremely communicative and open to feedback. solid stay for a weekend trip to universal studios. location was close to the amusement park and convenient for grocery shopping since there was a ralph’s 3 minutes away.”

“Shawn is just absolutely awesome! He is always very responsive. I don’t know how could he do it but normally I received his crystal clear answers and feedback within 1-3 minutes. I highly recommend Shawn and the property.”

“Shawn took great care of us from the time we booked to the very end. He helped make this a great stay. Thank you Shawn!”

“Shawn’s team was great! I had some issues on the first night checking in because it was dark and I didn’t realize the key pad was ON the door and not in a box. Shawn’s team kept in contact with me until I was able to get in. Space was nice and clean. About a 15-20 min walk to Universal. Walking back is much easier, all down hill.”

“The customer service was wonderful. Beautiful home . Nice and peaceful. Can't wait to come back. Thanks”

“Shawn is a great host He is available on text 24/7. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. He responded to all queries very quickly. I would love to stay there again if we visit LA.”

“Perfect location! So close to Universal Studios and yet FAR enough if you like peace and tranquility. Also had a small side yard (backyard) which was perfect for our 5 year old son to play in. Lovely views in the morning. House well stacked. Very nice if you like peace and quiet.”

“Great house with a great location. Very clean and beautiful place - Shawn was a very responsive and helpful host.”

“Incredible view and the house is as beautiful as advertised. Shawn is a super responsive host and we’d happily stay here again when visiting the area. 5 stars.”

“The house was stunning and very accessible. We had 7 people stay comfortably with enough space to not feel crowded. The outdoors space is great! We are a group that cooks and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was cute and cozy. Any issue we had Shawn responded immediately and quickly rectified the situation. His team was responsive and professional. Definitely recommend.”

“The place was amazing, it’s worth it if u have a big family coming, there is space for everyone. We didn’t got to enjoy the pool as much as we want but I can assure you it was hot enough to get in on the begging of December even raining. I love the place and Shawn was really good with all the questions I had.”

“Perfect location for us near family and near Universal Studios, walkable to the Metro. We cooked a big dinner in the kitchen, bedding was AMAZING and plenty of room for everyone! Shawn and his crew were super responsive with the couple little Things we needed. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town to visit.”

“We had a great stay. Shawn’s place is very conveniently located. Instructions were clear and easy. We had six people and each of us commented on how much we enjoyed the stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Shawn!”

“Beautiful stay! Great host with great communication skills! Great house with awesome view!”

“Shawn's place was clean and very enjoyable. He was very communicative which was helpful. My family spent thanksgiving here, there was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time. Would definitely book again.”

“Shawn has been the best host so far from the moment we booked his place. He gave lots of recommendations for local restaurants and things to do for thanksgiving and checked in on us daily if we needed anything. He was flexible with our extended check out time. Place was comfortable, clean and home away from Home Feeling which is what we like our crew to Experience when on the road for so long working to build gyms for special needs children. Thank you Shawn for being an awesome Host”

“No complains, simple instructions, clean area, good loacation to look around LA.”
